The Wolsely Farmers Market will run from June 18 to October 10, 2013, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Vendors are expected to have their tables set up and be ready to sell prior to 4:00 PM. Tear down is at 7:30 PM. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents if required. If a vendor is unable to attend a certain day, the Market Coordinator requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
REGULAR MARKET FEES: We ask that vendors provide the Farmers Market Committee with the market dates they will be attending. We ask that vendors make a committment to attending the market on these dates. For doing so, vendors will receive a reduced price of $15 per day or $25 for attendance at both Tuesday and Thursday Markets in one week and a guarranteed 10 X10 regular spot. Please fill in the following scheduling form: http://www.doodle.com/id66ky4h8xn5psmv for the first half of the Market dates. Please fill out this form as soon as you can so we have time to recruit vendors to fill product gaps. You have until May 31st to edit your response. After which we will send you an invoice. CASUAL MARKET FEES You can attend market days that you have not committed to (assuming that space is available). The fee for casual attendance is $17 (off season), and $20 (peak season). Would you like to be placed on the call list should a spot open up on short notice? Yes _______ No ________ Please give a number you can be reached: _______________________________________________
