There is only one answer to each question. Accuracy and error correction is important during this stage. *Freer practice allows students to practice in an unrestricted manner, combining new knowledge with previous knowledge. This often focuses on productive skills like speaking, creative writing and language arts. Error correction is minimal during this stage as the focus is on fluency. Sometimes there is not enough time in a 60 minute lesson for free practice so it can be left until the following lesson. *Back-up activities to fill extra time at the end of the lesson
