The DELTATEC sets new standards in terms of flexibility and precision for thermal cutting with oxy-fuel and /or dry plasma systems as well as marking of individual plates with up to 4 tool stations. The machine provides the use of various processes and assemblies as pure oxy-fuel cutting machine or in combination with up to 2 plasma cutting devices. Optional there are also different marking tools available. The DELTATEC is a flexible, rigid and compact construction in sturdy portal design with the latest control technology and integrated differential compensation for precise guidance and harsh working environments. Dual-sided rack & pinion drives with backlash free planetary gearboxes and brushless AC servo motors provide excellent dynamic properties at high contouring precision for best cutting results with a positioning speed up to 32.000 mm/min.

Smart design, high performance

The DELTATEC can be delivered in various sizes up to a cutting width of max 4.200 mm to meet customer requirements. Precision plasma cutting tools allow high quality cuts in materials up to 50 mm thickness. The effective working width of the machine depends on the type, quantity and combination of the working tools installed The precise KOIKE SmartLift height adjustment ensures best cutting. The SmartLift provides reliable tactile initial height setting height as well as precise tracking of the torch distance control via arc voltage monitoring during processing. Alternatively, the KOIKE EasyLift for air plasma systems and/or Oxy-Fuel single torch stations may be chosen.

The Koike SmartHole Technology

grants high part accuracy and excellent quality holes. The in the KATANA control integrated wizard provides all required characteristics for a precise cut depending on material, thickness and desired cut quality which presets the entire system with the correct parameters for perfect processing. KOIKE has established to control all individual items and consolidated them into the KOIKE SmartHole Technology. The KOIKE SmartHole Technology enables perfect quality round shaped holes on Mild Steel with almost all type of available precision plasma systems.

Available options AEROTEC FILTER SYSTEM

The AEROTEC Filter is an extraction and filter unit, equipped with electrical-motor, fan and multiple filter cartridges, suitable for continuous filtration of air contaminated by dust, powders and fumes. The filter unit is provided with flanged intake and exhaust openings to be connected to the exhaust piping system.

Ink Jet Marker

With the Koike Ink Jet marker letters and symbols can be printed on the plate with speeds up to 24,000 mm per minute. All printed matter consists of dots. The dots can be condensed to create "fat" font types for additional visibility, but also normal fonts and symbols can be printed at different heights.

ArcWriter
The ArcWriter is a dual gas, variable output power, plasma marking, scoring and punching system designed to leave temporary or permanent identification marks on metal surfaces.

Pneumatic Drill-marking Unit

Whenever the application demands drilling, here's the answer. The KOIKE drill-marking unit provides the means to accurately mark the spots where, once the cutting process has been finished, holes can be drilled.
