Update: Disabled War Veteran Business Owner Stolen 18 Wheeler Truck Found then Returned to the Criminals without a Hearing
We are requesting the Clayton County Police Department send a message to the Georgia State Patrol and ask that the Stolen 18 Wheeler Truck be placed back into compound until the criminal investigation is complete. We were surprised to find out that the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck was released because we spoke to staff at the headquarters of the Georgia State Patrol the day before the release and stated that Officer Clark who was investigating the case did not have all the documentation. We spoke with the following people prior to the release of the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck to include: Colonel Mark W. McDonoughs secretary Major Gene Davis secretary Pat Morton pmorton@gsp.net Angela Whitworth Phone numbers include 404-624-7212 and 706-356-5365 Officer N. Clark spoke with Johnny Davis We are forwarding this list of people we spoke to prior to the release of the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck because Detective Buffalow with the Clayton County Police Department made the request during our

May 6, 2013 visit to the police department. We made the following request of the staff working at the headquarters of the Georgia State Patrol: Requested a face-to-face meeting and opportunity to explain our case. Stated Officer Clark did not have all the documentation on our case. Requested the Georgia State Patrol administration not release the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck without receiving all the documentation and face-to-face meeting because the opposite party was using fraudulent documentation to possess the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck. Requested the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck remain in compound as stated by Officer Clark. Requested Officer Clark speaks specifically with Douglas Hooper at the Department of Revenue or Frank OConnell because they are in charge of title hearings. Despite taking the action above, we were informed that Officer Clark released the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck back to an unidentified third party. We were reassured by Officer Clarks Supervisor that the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck was not released to Joe Dean or AJ Gabriel. When we asked what title the third party had that entitled him to the stolen 18 Wheeler, we were not given any information. We were informed by Officer Clarks Supervisor that the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck owned by Own to Operate, Inc. was not given to Joe Dean or AJ Gabriel but an unidentified third party. The officers in question stated that they know the person who has the truck. We were also informed that a Magistrate Judge from Franklin County ordered the officers to release the stolen 18 Wheeler Truck. We are asking for our day in court to prove Joe Dean, AJ Gabriel and others engaged in illegal activity and used an illegal title to place a stolen 18 Wheeler Truck on Georgias highways. I do not understand how these criminals (Dean & Gabriel) achieved this level of deception against local, state, and federal agency. We are making every move possible to make sure this crime does not happen to another business owner. We are making every effort to take this stolen 18 Wheeler Truck off the road before someone is harmed or killed. Johnny L. Davis stated, I can buy another truck but I cannot buy a life if someone is killed with my 18 Wheeler. We need help to protect the general public. HELP! Sincerely,

Viola Davis RN BSN
