I understand that I have to put SMT 's Sign Board at the location where the studies of the courses will take place. I understand that the SMT Computer Institute reserves the right to conduct Examination and issue the certificates to the successful candidates. I understand that SMT reserves the right to CANCEL this Agreement without any prior intimation, if I fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.
