Nurses who continued their education in this field enjoy marked professional advantages. Usually , Continuing Nursing Education means obtaining certification in nursing specialities. Certification validates nurses expertise and enables them to provide patients with more comprehensive care. An increasing number of studies are evaluating the effect of CNE on practice. Researchers who investigating this relationship have traditionally adopted Qualitative Non Experimental research designs. Also a small but significant number of studies have adopted the Classical experimental approach, and those studies asserts that the experiments (i. e, CNE) can make a contribution which is very valuable when we evaluate the relationship between Continuing Professional Nurse Education and practice.
