Name of Activity Description of Activity Corps Community Group Leader Corps Community groups (CCGs) are voluntary groups that meet weekly during institute to discuss similar interests or identities and/or participate in events of similar interest. The groups are created for CMs and staff to feel supported and meet new people at institute. In seeking out Corps Community Group leaders, our goal is to get CMs and institute staff interested in these groups and participate in discussions and activities aligned to their shared interests.. CCGs should purposefully answer the first question on the institute survey stating, I felt part of a welcoming environment while at institute. The ultimate goal is that all CMs and staff feel welcomed and supported at institute given their diverse backgrounds.
