The following are prophetic utterances spoken by Prophet Vincent as translated by prophet Sadu during the IFP 24th National Prophetic Conference held last April 9-12, 2013 at the Cuneta Astrodome, the theme of which is The Philippines at the threshold of its prophetic fulfillment. It is their desire for us to contend and claim our destiny as a nation. However, it is also our duty to discern, to test the spirit, to validate the authenticity of the message, for the nations welfare. 7 CITIES GATEWAYS WHERE THE ANNOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL FLOW ACROSS THE NATION 1. LEGASPI - STRONG PROPHETIC ANNOINTING -MANY RENOUNCE PROPHET WILL ARISE FROM THIS CITY 2. CAGAYAN DE ORO -RAIN WILL FALL IN THIS CITY -THE LORD WILL RAISE UP THE YOUTH OF THIS CITY -ANGELIC VISITATION-ON YOUTH AND MUCH YOUNGER PEOPLE -WHEN THE ANNOINTING COMES THE SMALL CHILDREN EYES WILL BE OPEN AND THEY WILL RECEIVE WORDS FROM THE LORD -THE YOUTH WILL HEAR NOISES FROM HEAVEN (CHARIOTS) VERY OFTEN -THE YOUTH WILL HAVE EZEKIEL EXPERIENCE 3. LIPA THE LORD WILL DO WONDERFUL WORKS ON THIS CITY AND WILL BLESS IT. -THE WORD OF THE LORD WILL COME STRONG FROM THIS CITY -THE PEOPLE ANNOINTED WILL KNOW THE SECRETS OF THE LORD IN THE LAST DAYS -NEW COMMANDMENT WILL GO FORTH FROM THIS CITY FOR THE LAST DAYS -THREE (3) HIDDEN KINDS OF TEACHING WILL MANIFEST IN THIS CITY 4. THEY WILL NEVER FEAR SATAN, A DOUBLE EDGED SWORD WILL COME FROM THEIR MOUTH THEY WILL NOT FEAR MAN, THEY WILL CHALLENGE THE GOVERNMENT. -THEY WILL BE BOLD LIKE ELIJAH, THEY WILL THREATEN JEZEBEL -THEY WILL SPEAK TO THE PEOPLE CONCERNING THE COMING OF THE LORD -THEY WILL WARN THE NATION -THIS WILL BE A CITY OF TRUMPET 6. BAGUIO -GODS GRACE WILL COME IN THIS CITY -THE ANNOINTING AMONG THE 7 CITIIES WILL COME FIRST IN THIS CITY -GODS PRECIOUS OINTMENT WILL COME INTO THIS CITY - TRAINING CENTERS FOR THE LAST DAYS WILL RISE IN THIS CITY -TRAINING CENTER WILL RISE UP FOR PROPHETIC TRAINING -HOUSES WILL RISE UP IN THIS CITY TO HOUSE THE PEOPLE IN THE LAST DAYS AND TRIBULATION PERIOD. -ANGELS WILL PROTECT THIS CITY -MANY FATHER WILL BE RAISE UP IN THIS CITY TO NOURISH OTHERS -IT WILL BE KNOWN AS CITY OF REFUGE. -FEAR AND ZEAL OF THE LORD THEY WILL TEACH THE PEOPLE -THIS CITY WILL BE LIGHT UP 7. MANILA -LAST DAYS ANNOINTING -GOD WILL USE THIS CITY LIKE THE JERUSALEM CITY -THIS CITY WILL BE LOVE BY GOD LIKE MT.ZION -GODS EYES IS TOWARD THIS CITY AND WILL REMOVE ITS EVIL -PEOPLE WILL GATHER IN THIS CITY -GOD WILL COVER THIS CITY WITH THE SWORD -GOD WILL POUR HIS GOODNESS IN THIS CITY. THE BLESSING WILL COME SHORTLY. -WITH HIS SEVEN ANNOINTING HE WILL SMEAR THIS CITY WITH OIL CITIES THAT WILL BE AFFECTED WHEN THE PHILIPPINES WILL NOT RISE UP TO FULFILL HER DESTINY: MINDANAO-STRONG WIND WILL COME FROM COMPOSTELLA VALLEY AND WILL DESTROY TAGUM PANGASINAN-DESEASE WILL COME ON FLESH AND SKIN. Pastor Com Phui said, There was a confirmation to us to bring this gift.)
In year 2010 we went to Jerusalem and we saw this Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is very expensive. The Lord said to me to buy this oil. It all came from Bethlehem. I ask Lord why buy this oil? This is extra virgin olive oil. The wise virgins need to have extra oil to give to the five foolish virgins. Wise virgins you will have extra oil to give to others. We have been producing in Singapore extra virgin oil. The time has come that it should be the wise virgins to give to the foolish virgins You must always have oil for the virgins to find their way to the bridegroom. We will let the Lord. It is extra virgin oil. This is a prophetic declaration. Father may this church be blessed, and to represent other churches, for them to have extra oil to point the way to the Lord Jesus Christ. We use this oil to light the menorah to remind us .. wise virgins, you must have oil, you must have Holy Spirit with you. They will come to you for the extra oil.

This year 2013, as we sought the Lord, the Lord brought us understanding, 13 is prophetic number of destiny. 2013 IS VERY AWESOME IF YOU CAN EMBRACE IT. IN SINGAPORE THERE IS CHURCH WE OFTEN VISIT. IN HE WAS TESTIFYING HE SHOWED CONGREGATION THIS IS THE KEY.. WHEN I GOT THAT 13 THE Lord spoke.. I speak of destiny. Haman threatened the destiny of the Jewish people. In Esther 3:13, the law was made to destroy the destiny of the Jews on 13th day of twelfth month of Adar. However, on that day, another law was written to uphold the destiny of the Jews letting them to protect themselves. In the conference it is something so significant, they will bring you to your destiny. There is one there that is very important.. They will help us fulfill our destiny.

But in Genesis 6:8 Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord so mankinds destiny was saved. In Abrahams time, God was passing by. And Abraham in Genesis 18:3 said, If I found favor with you please dont pass ME BY. COME TO MY TENT. AND the Lord spoke for his wife to bear a child. Jacob knew his destiny, as he outwitted his brother for his birthright and blessing, when he had to face his brother. in Genesis 32:5 Jacob sent gifts to his brother and sent this message, I have sent to tell my lord that I may find favor in your sight. His brother let him pass through. Joseph after 13 years, when he was imprisoned as prisoner, everything is about favor. Joseph found favor in his masters house. They lifted him up to be master servant. The Lord was in favor of him.. That favor he received really helped him and he found favor with Pharaoh.. so the was given to him. And finally he fulfilled his destiny and he became NUMBER TWO MAN IN EGYPT. I say to you one thing. WHAT YOU AND I NEED IS FAVOR. In Exodus 3:21 God said, I will grant this people favor in sight of the Egyptians. Favor was one thing that helped the Israelites. They did not go empty-handed. So you see again favor is necessary. If there is one favor you will ask Almighty what will that be? Moses, he has destiny to go to Promised Land. He came to the point he want to see the face of God and he said, If I have found favor with you, let me see Your face. God answered him and let him see His glory IF YOU FIND FAVOR WITH GOD, HE WILL SHOW YOU HIS FACE, HE WILL SHOW YOU HIS GLORY. Concerning Reuben and Gad, they found favor with Moses. They said, If we have found favor in your eyes, let this land be given to your servants Their request was granted because they found favor with Moses. The story of Ruth, she didnt have destiny when her husband died. Her mother in law, Naomi said, I dont have another son to give to you. What happened? Because she was willing that the God of Jewish people for Him to be her God, she found favor with Boaz. There is some other things ... King David and Jonathan 1Samuel 20:3 tells us of David saying, Your father knows very well that I found favor in your sight.,, He was talking to Jonathan. Jonathan sided with David and not with his father. In verse 4 of 2 Kings 13, Jehoahaz sought the favor of the Lord. The Lord gave Israel a deliverer. In time of crisis, Jehoahaz knew what to do as he entreated the favor of the Lord. WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING GO AND SEEK THE FAVOR OF THE LORD. Young boys and young girls, you ask favor. This favor is given to you because they just like you. They just want to make you happy. And the Jewish people, their destiny was threatened. And the destiny of Daniel and his friends, they found favor with the king. This is where I have different understanding of Daniel fast. They were in the land of Babylon and Daniel is a righteous Jew. He requested, Just feed me on vegetables. He didnt want to defile himself as a Jew. Now Daniel found favor so he can preserve his calling. His calling is his destiny. And as we come to Pentecost in the Upper Room, we find that in Acts 2:47, they were praising God and having favor with all the people and the Lord is adding to them day by day. FIND FAVOR WITH YOUR PEOPLE. People will like you and they will come and as you are at the threshold of your prophetic destiny, FAVOR IS A VERY POWERFUL KEY. The favor of nations WHAT DOES FAVOR BRING? In Isaiah 60:10, it is written, The sons of foreigners shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you, for in My wrath I struck you, but In my favor I have compassion on you. IF YOU HAVE FAVOR WITH GOD THE NATIONS WILL COME TO HELP YOU. Psalm 30:7 Lord, by Your favor you have made my mountain stand strong If you find favor with God He will make you strong. There is this brother who will go into a new place. He is not going to be afraid. The employer will be compassionate to him and he doesnt have to feel afraid. Psalm 89:17 by Your favor our horn is exalted.. Your character will be strong.

This is something about favor. Proverbs 18:22, He who finds a wife finds favor with the Lord. If you have favor with God you have a good wife. God will give you a good wife. Men stop complaining about your wife. Psalm 30:9 For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Can you buy favor? Yes. But it will stop. Favor with God, it will not end. You just love Him. You are enslaved with it if you buy favor. Psalm 5:12, For you surround him with favor like a shield. You turn to your neighbor to the left and say, Favor surround him like a shield. Everywhere favor favor favor. In Psalm 85:1 - O Lord you restore favor to the land. Restore captivity of Jacob. So for your land, if your property is your ministry, your Lord will come upon you. HOW TO HAVE IT? Favor is so important. We know what favor does to us. HOW DO WE SEEK FAVOR? Psalm 119:57, The Lord is my portion I entreat him with favor with all of my heart. Matthew 7:7, Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you will find knock and it will be opened to you. IF YOU WANT FAVOR, ASK. YOU HAVE TO ASK. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO SEEK. Psalm 119: You have to seek favor with all of your heart. It is something that is not half hearted. It is all of your heart. Sometimes you go to God but you are not willing to give to Him all of your heart. Worship Him with all your heart. Love Him with all your heart. Favor is being in humility. In 2 Samuel 9:6, Now when Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan had come to David, he fell on his face and prostrated himself. David restored to him all that belononged to his father Jonathan and Saul and he ate continually at the kings table. As he humbled himself, he has the message I prostrate myself let me find favor with you, Humbling himself, he received the kings favor. And Esther, how did Esther got the favor of the king? She humbled herself. Humbling sometimes involve fasting. Fasting will bring you favor. Example is story of Esther. The Teshuva is about the Jews humbling themselves wanting the favor of the Lord. And so there is something needed for us to do it is seeking good. He who diligently seeks good seeks favor. If you seek favor you find favor. If you seek welfare you seek favor. You need to do good things, nice things. Greeting your boss. Doing kindness to people. You need to be nice people. You cannot be angry people You know he is kind to me In Ruth 2:10, Ruth bowed to the ground. Ruth found favor with Boaz. Boaz answered, All that you have done to your mother-in-law, all have been reported to me. In verse 13, all of the kindness she did to her mother in law all these good things earned for her favor. Then she became the line on which the Lord Jesus was birthed. Seek to do good. Proverbs 13:15 Good understanding produce favor. May understanding of what favor does to you and you truly understand favor and you obtain favor. In 2 Corinthians 9:14, and by their prayer for you who long for you because of the exceeding favor of God in you. Can you pray and God will answer my prayer? Prayer is powerful. You ask a friend to do to you favor by introducing to you somebody. Your friend know this boss. Others bring favor. In Malachi 1:6 you know how God was angry with people and if you read verse 9, Now entreat Gods favor In Malachi 1:12, they did not honor God so they did not find favor with the Lord. When you honor your parents you find favor with your parents. If you honor your pastors you find favor with them. If you did not give your tithes, you are not honoring God with your giving, thats why you dont have favor. Honoring is so important. This is the reason why you are not getting favor.

In 1 Peter 2:18, do good with respect for those unreasonable masters. This finds favor. You must submit to your masters. If you learn how to submit, this finds favor. When you do what is right if you patiently endure, in this find favor with God. Even if you are mistreated, accused like Joseph, if you continue to do what is right this find favor with God. Forgiveness is seeing that you endured patiently. I promise you according to word of God, God will lift you up and He will exalt you. If you keep murmuring, complaining, you will not find favor with God. What do you get with favor? Goodness and mercy. You want to have favor with the Lord? With favor and strength, we will find a good helper, a good wife. Surely goodness and loving kindness will follow me all the days of my life. Repentance is needed. Hosea 12: 2 Jacob knew of his destiny but he steal birth right of his brother..Hosea 12:2 says, The Lord also brings a charge against Judah and will punish Jacob according to his ways.. He contended with God..He wept and sought his favor. Jacob when he was wrestling with the angel, he was seeking favor with God. Jeremiah 29 thus says the Lord, I will visit you and fulfill My word to you. You are just like what happened to the exiles in Babylon. God says He will visit you. God says He will fulfill it. This is good prophesy. The destiny is you will be brought back to Jerusalem. He will establish you in verse 11; Jer 29:11, plans to welfare and not for calamity not disaster, a plan for prosperity to give you a future. Is there any other condition? What was condition is because of 70 WEEKS HAS BEEN FULFILLED. If it is and you believe, you dont have to struggle to obey to get the blessing. This is a different time now. What is the context? There is only one condition - the plan that God has for you is not for calamity not for calamity but to give you welfare, hope and future. The Lord says, Then you will call upon me and I will listen to you. You must come and pray up there. When I was worshiping a vision came to me on a roof top because it is one of the highest.. I saw a banner on the roof top. Then you will call upon me, You are in the season. You have to call upon God. In our fellowship, she hardly walk but something draw her to come because she felt stronger and can I say to you, you can come up. When you spend time in that place... So every Friday the old woman she comes and she went to Israel with us There is no excuse not to go up there. Go and worship. You will call upon Me. You will seek me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. It is time you must call upon the Lord. You must come to seek Him and you search Him with all your heart. I will be found by you and I will restore your fortunes. You have to really come. The Lord reminded me today. Before, I saw something in Jeremiah 29:8. Since you receive me a prophet from Singapore. And so Jeremiah 29:8 Do not let false prophets do not listen to their dreams I have not sent them. I will fulfill my word. It is totally for your good. Do not listen to false prophets who tell you a different interpretation of Jeremiah 29:11. The word of God tell you do not be deceived by false PROPHETS. 490 YEARS I HAVE PLANS FOR YOUR FUTURE IT IS NOT FOR CALAMITY. IF A PROPHET SAY DONT DO THIS. DONT DO THAT. Do not follow after him but know that as 490 years have come, it is time. THIS IS THE YEAR OF YOUR DESTINY. It is simply by His grace. We love your nation. For the Lord is turning around now. As you seek Him, the Lord is saying He will RESTORE YOUR FORTUNE. I ask O Lord may understanding come upon all. O Father release that favor. Remind us to entreat your favor. We come to repentance and to come looking to You. We ask of you in days past we have been disobedient.
