Team Member Proc (Back Office): Role & Responsibility :

The Team Member is responsible for: Timely completion of the task, Inventory management and ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned. Meet or exceed the Audit the Auditor Scores Ensure Process Certifications are completed and adhered to the timelines Team Meetings/ Client Calls 10% Business emails 5% Client processing - ( 85 % ) Stays up to date on client information, including client's internal structure and changes affecting Aon work Coaching: Solicits and accepts coaching and feedback to improve one s own performance Cross Cultural Competence: Collaborates with others in a cross-culturally competent way, has awareness of own culture and how it differs from others. Active participation and involvement in calibration calls or discussions that happen in the team Developing Others: Takes accountability for own development. Supports the team when required. Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BBA (no full-time MBA/MCA/B.E./B.Tech/B.Ed) 0 3 years of work experience Good Communication Skills Flexible to work in 24X5 Environment Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office) Work Location : Gurgaon
