Description Providing and fixing of false ceiling at a height decided by the engineer in-charge on a M.S made skeleton frame work .The perimeter square M.S. Pipe shall be fixed along with the wall ,having dimension of 25x25 mm and with a wall thickness of 1mm +/- 0.3 mm. The main member of the grade is made out of M.S pipe having on a overall thickness 38x25 mm and with a wall thickness of 1mm +/- 0.3mm. The side pipe and the intermediate pipes is fixed to the roof from the top with the help of ceiling angles /pipes. After the grid work is completed ,it has to be covered by the multi-chamber hollow PVC section from below , with the help of self tapping screw of 19 mm x 8mm. These PVC hollow section are having an overall dimension of 150 mm x 10 mm or 254 mm x 6 mm , with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm 0.3 mm and 0.8 0.2 mm respectively approved by the Engineer In charge ,are jointed with each other by lap joint ,which will conceal the screws. The edge and cornice shall be covered by extruded PVC corner beading sections of size 13 m x 10 mm with a wall thickness of 1.7 mm 0.3 mm . The same has to be fixed by applying cynoacrylate adhesive . Providing and fixing of wall paneling on the frame work made out of G.I channel of size 75x10 mm or from wooden ripper of required size with CSK wood screws of size 50x8 mm fixed to the wall with rowel plug at a spacing of 900 mm center to center . The paneling on the above frame work to be done using Hollow PVC multi-chambered section of size 150x 10mm or 254 x 6m. SPOOF in Prelam finish with an average wall thickness of 1.0 each other by lap joint and to be fixed to the G.I channel by self tapping screw of size 19 x 8 mm. Necessary cutouts for electrical connections to be provided at required places. The edges and periphery , finally to be covered by extruded PVC beading section of size 13 x 10 mm having an average wall thickness of 1.7 m +/- 0.3 mm with an usual variation.

Description Providing and fixing Rajshri Prelaminated PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5mm stuck on inner frame work of 50mm vide strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet. The strip should have in their center a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 250mm center to center. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasterners. The distance between two screw's shall not be more than 300mm. A groove of 1mm may be left at the joint of two panel for aesthetic looks. This frame work is done for making existing wall surface in ensured level and for sticking the wall panelling sheet (panel) on it. The exact size of panel and correspondingly of the grid may be varied depending on the size of the wall. However it must ensured that a strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered atthe edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are jointed, using solvent cement including all door fittings such as Hinges, L-drop, Handles, Locking bolts etc. as per approved of Engineer-incharge.
