Engineering discipline, preferably with a Merallurgy maior,
with 5 years experience in rhe role on ingot casting
equipment of a casthouse in a primaryaluminium smelter, or
. Fol rhe Calhon Departmenr, a Bachelor's Degree in an
Engineering discipline, preferably with a Chemical
Lngineering rnaior, and with 5 years experience in a prebake
Carbon l)epanmeni of a primary aluminium smelter
. Alernatively, a Diploma in an [:ngineering field with
l0 years of work expcrience on the re,evanf equiprnent

. Excellent compilter skills and computer application
knorvledge as well as sfiong oral and nritten skills are
necessary, Ihe ability to presenr rechnical data at a team
and rranagerient level and to write clear and concise
