Sight Sensory System Experiment Blind Spot


Objective Materials 1. 2. 3. 4. Procedure : To Determine the presence of blind spot in eyes. : 50 cms Ruler 2 Piece Of Papers A Red Marker A Black Marker :

1. Draw a dot on a piece of paper with red marker and the other with black marker 2. Place the paper with black dot and paper with red dot in far end of ruler simultaneously 3. Stand for about 50 cms from ruler, exactly the black dot.Make your right eye parallel to red dot. 4. Close your left eye.Focus your right eye to the black dot.Ask your friend to move away the red dot from the the black dot. 5. Keep Focus to black dot, if the red dot doesnt appear, it means you have found the blind spot in the right eye at the momment.
