Cables to the MBBS are connected properly.

The battery circuit breaker on the MBBS is switched to the ON position, the mains input circuit breaker is switched to the OF F position, the D.G. output circuit breaker is switched to the OFF position, and the D.G. works in manual mode.

No short circuit occurs between the 48 V power cable and any of the ground bar, positive bus bar, three-phase live wire, neutral
wire, and ground cable. No short circuit occurs between the three-phase live wire, the neutral wire, and the ground cable.

Cable holes are blocked by fireproof mud.

4. Powering On and Commissioning the Power1000

the D.G. and ATS to work in manual mode, and stop the D.G. and the AC output of the ATS. For details, see a Configure the ATS User Manual .

Flip the power switches of the SAU and HPMU both to the ON position.

For details, see step 2 in section 4 "Powering On and Commissioning the Power1000" on page 15.

Set parameters on the HPMU.

For details, see step 3 on pages 16 21. Start the AC input of the power system and AC output of the ATS, and configure the D.G. and ATS to work in automatic mode. The D.G. starts to charge the DCB. Check whether the data in the SAU system information list and on the HPMU standby screen matches the actual configurations. If yes, proceed to step 6. If no, check cable connections and part configurations.

For details about how to set parameters on the SAU and HPMU, see step 5 on pages 2122.

On the standby screen of the HPMU, choose Status > Maintenance > Reset HPMU > DG Test. The HPMU stops the running D.G. After that, the HPMU starts D.G. 1 and then stops it, and starts D.G. 2 and then stops it. The HPMU finally displays DG1 test: Pass DG2 test: pass . 2009-06-16 Batt1 Volt:52.3V Batt2 Volt:50.6V Supplier:DG1 MAIN MENU Status Maintenance Settings MAIN MENU Status Maintenance Settings Enter Enter password end with #: >#

Connect the Power1000 to the mains. The ATS starts the AC mains power supply and the D.G. stops after tens of seconds (this duration is configurable).
Check whether the values in the system information list are the same as the actual configurations, whether the LEDs on panels of the SAU and HPMU indicate alarms, and whether an alarm message for the SAU or HPMU is displayed after you select Active Alarm . If there is an alarm, rectify the fault. For details, see the maintenance guide.

Switch on the DC-powered load connecting to the power system and the AC-powered load connecting to the ATS. If no alarm is raised after the system runs for a period of time, close and lock the cabinet doors, and hand the keys over to the persons in charge.
