In 2070 most food is made from soy and mycoprotein since the commercially available food products of the

late 20th and earlier 21st centuries became economically untenable. There are still some "real" foods available, but only to the wealthy and excessive. This has the side effect of most foods then being ridiculously processed and enriched with vitamins, nutrients and amino acids in an attempt to keep the people in some satire of the word "healthy". By 2070 most restaurants are franchise-based and/or owned subsidiaries of one of the Big 10 Megacorporations. Many restaurants have appeared in the last 6 decades that have become very popular. Some examples are: Fast Food: Stuffer Shack (Aztechnology) A combination 7/11 and Subway Sandwich Shop, Stuffer Shack is an a-la cart deli shop that keeps the soy dogs, soytato chips and soybeer fresh all day, every day.
