Learning Standard : 3.1.2 Able to write in neat legible print: (a) Words 3.2.1 Able to complete with guidance: (a) Lists 1.2.2 Able to listen to and follow: (a) Simple instructions in the classroom Language Focus Behavioral Objectives : Vocabulary - Adjective : By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: i) ii) iii) rearrange the letters to become words at least 5 out of 6 correctly. write the words in neat legible print. fill in the blanks at least 5 out of 6 correctly to complete the poem.

1. In the same group, teacher distributes each group an envelope which contains jumbled letter cards. 2. Pupils rearrange the jumbled letter cards to form a word and paste it on the board to match with the correct expressions. 3. Teacher checks the answer with
the pupils.
Writing (+ 20 minutes) Individual Work: Worksheet 1 (Appendix 3) 1. Teacher distributes the worksheet (incomplete song lyrics) to the pupils. 2. Teacher explains and gives a clear instruction on how to complete the worksheet. 3. Pupils are given 5 minutes to answer the worksheet. 4. Pupils copy the song lyrics into their exercise book. Feedback Discussion (+ 15 minutes) 1. Teacher discusses the answer with the pupils. 2. Teacher makes sure that pupils write in neat legible print words. 3.
