Guidelines for writing Synopsis

Title: Should be Meaningful and short. Avoid abbreviations Abstract Must contain what, why and how of your project. Your abstract provides a quick summary of your proposed project. It informs the reader of the general topic, the scope of the presentation, and one or two key findings/outcome. Most importantly, an abstract explains why the topic is important, and why the reader should read your project report. Problem Statement: Here you need to propose your project work. Explain precisely whatever project you are trying to develop. Literature Survey/Review (one to two pages) Basically similar projects/tools developed by others or in existence. A literature review is a description of the literature relevant to your chosen topic. It gives an overview of what has been said, who the key writers are, what are the prevailing theories and hypotheses, what questions are being asked, and what methods and methodologies are appropriate and useful. A literature review is a survey and discussion of the literature in a given area of study. It is a concise overview of what has been studied, argued, and established about a topic, and it is usually organized chronologically or thematically.
