The Sub-Contractor shall make the following contributions to the Fund for each and every such incident: -
Fail to attend Safety meeting on request(Absence of 30 minutes during the meeting is considered to be absence) Fail to attend Safety meeting on time (greater than 15 minutes late) Fail to send a suitable representative to Safety meeting / training Failure to assign competent person or certified workers

Unsafe action Failure to comply with accident reporting procedure Contravention of statutory requirements leading or may lead to warning/ prosecutions of the Main Contractor or its agents or employees
xvii) Fail to comply with any aspect of the Contractors safety policy, safety plan or safety procedures as from time to time given to the Sub-Contractor 7.
All contributions to the APPF shall be made by way of deduction from payment due or which may become due to the Sub-Contractor. It is expressly agreed that each and every one of the Contractors decisions on the contributions prescribed above is final and binding as between the Contractor and the SubContractor. The Sub-Contractor shall observe and comply with the requirements in all enactment, ordinances and regulations in relation to the employment of qualified personnel, including but not limited to competent persons and certified workers in the execution of the SubContract Works. The Sub-Contactor s attention is specifically drawn to Annex 1 of this Attached Document C which gives as guidance to the Sub-Contractor a list of enactment, ordinances and regulations in relation to the employment of qualified personnel. This list is not exhaustive and the Contractor shall not be held responsible for any representations, errors, omissions or mistakes therein. The Sub-Contractor shall not be relieved of his duties, obligations and liabilities whatsoever under any of the enactment, ordinances or regulations, whether or not included in Annex 1.
