INTRODUCTION During the last few years it has been my privilege and pleasure to talk with Waldara many times and listen to many of the taped sessions of his class and other public appearances which are now coming to you in this new Waldara Answers series. The form in which the sessions are presented, that is, question and answer, is an exact composite presentation of the way Waldara speaks. This third book is exciting to me, not only for its content, but because the series is fast coming into being now (at least one book a month) and the response has been so outstanding. The other series of books by Waldara (William Swygard) entitled, "Awareness Techniques," have gone into an eighth printing as of this month. It is good to see this new series, "Waldara Answers" coming along to complement the Awareness Techniques books. This Book 3 is so helpful as it brings out, crystal clear, how almost everything gets off the track of the original plan through lack of integration. Yet, with integration, the answers come through, in truth, as shown by Waldara's exhaust definition of the Alpha wave bit and his clear expose of the work of the Karma Board in planning and directing our many, many past lifetimes. The fact that the Karma Board is no longer in control is another story which you will hear in later books. Included in this book is a question, `What am I to think about all these people who are so-called prophets?' Waldara's presentation of the truth of this situation is as exciting as your favorite mystery program. You would never think that a combination of fourth plane permanent body and third plane consciousness could get so fouled up. But they do and Waldara gives us two examples of the seventh plane permanent body tying in with the third plane consciousness, Pythagorus in the past and good old Seth in the present. The combinations of consciousness try to predict but in general only. For example, they will predict that there will be a catastrophe of some kind, somewhere between January and December, somewhere in the world. All generalities which give a large measure of protection for error. Whereas, the integrated consciousness, that is, third plane integrating with fourth plane; both can see the specific catastrophe on a specific day at a specific time in a specific latitude and longtitude. WALDARA ANSWERS BOOK NO. 3 We will select a very common subject to begin with this evening that is the subject of dreams. Dreams are common to all the people here I am quite sure. There isn't anyone here who hasn't had a dream at one time or another during the last few months. With this in mind, we will talk a little while about dreams. There have been hundreds of thousands of books written about dreams and in all the languages. It is now possible to go anywhere from the library to the newsstand and get books on dreams and dream interpretation. You can even get dreams with numbers attached to them. The dreams are all numbered so you can bet on them in the money games. These are called "policy" games. I have yet to find the real dream book that can actually tell us the source of the dreams. They don't tell us because they don't know. They have had no experience along these lines. So, we will tell you from the very outset where dreams come from. Dreams are inspired by unfinished business of the third plane permanent body of consciousness. Now, it matters not whether they are the common, ordinary dream, or whether they are the prophetic dreams or dreams of any kind. If you see them in your sleep, they are dreams. They are all inspired by the third plane permanent body of consciousness. Another thing we might add that has occurred to very few writers and not at all to others is that you play each character, you lay out the scenery, the location, and you manufacture all the dialogue that each character speaks. Therefore, you are one and the same as the dream regardless of its subject matter. You are capable of prophetic words or of just telling a story from a particular memory. They all come from exactly the same source. These dreams couldn't come from anywhere else. You must remember that this third plane permanent body of consciousness has all the attributes that you could ever put into a dream. They have a memory of all the characters in the dream. Some of these memories are good and some are bad. Always remember, if you dream about something, it is unfinished business, and usually on a grand scale at that. Since it comes from the third plane permanent body of consciousness, it can make a person a hero or a villain of the plot, depending on how the individual was treated. It depends on the circumstances and the point of view. It knows all about love and passion. It knows all about fear and hate. It knows all the situations you find in the dreams. Some of these dreams have been held in the consciousness for thousands of years. Others are as new and fresh as today's activities, such as something you did today and dream about tonight. So, regardless of the time sequence or the type of

activity in the dream, you are playing all the characters, you are furnishing all the dialogue, and are describing and showing the scenes, and you, yourself, make up this little dream. A lot of people have told me "Oh, but I don't have ordinary dreams, I have prophetic dreams." Or, "I dream the same thing over and over and after a few weeks or a month or two the dream comes true. For instance, I dreamed that my uncle was going to die on a certain day of a certain month and he did." Or, "I dreamed that my brother was going to die of a certain cause and he did." There is nothing mysterious about that as far as the third plane permanent body of consciousness is concerned. It does not limit itself as we tend to limit it. It knows all these characters, your brother, your uncle and so forth, as well as you do. The third plane permanent body of consciousness knows the habits of your uncle or your brother. It has a certain ability that we do not possess and that is that it can see. It has no physical body hampering it momentarily and it can see well over the horizon. From this brief description, you can see that the prophetic dreams and what we call the ordinary dreams all have the same source. At this point, we would like to have you do a little experiment, that is, play over a dream that you recently had. Please integrate using the Multi-Level Awareness Technique. You now have the ability to play over any and all the dreams you ever had. But, we will pick out one that you remember in part or totally. Say you had this dream last night, or a few nights ago, and it has entered your thoughts frequently since that time. Let's play it over. Go right back to the time of the dream. In doing this, you may find that you are picking up the dream before the part that you remembered. If you will recall, I said, play the dream over and not necessarily the part that you may remember. In doing this you are finally getting the full picture and that is what is impressed on your consciousness at the time you dreamed the dream. So, we are not surprised to pick up the dream a few minutes before the sequence we remembered. Dreams are not usually long drawn out things. But, here it comes - playing over again. It is impressed upon your consciousness, it is impressed on the unfinished business angle because it has not inspired you to finish up that certain business. It may involve certain persons as well as certain situations. Now you see it playing along in its entirety. The original dream that you remember may seem strange to you because you do not recall your ever being in that situation or area before. But, by playing the whole dream over, you can see that it now makes a lot of sense. It is far better than all the soothsayers tell you. Alright, let it run now. You can see now that you are in fact playing all the parts. That's right. You are speaking each part. Each voice is being heard through you but you recognize that as being another person. As you continue to watch it, you can see that you have been in this scene before, as strange as it may seem to you

now. You are able to see that- the situation has been with you before. As nightmarish as it may seem, you can see that many of these characters, or your interpretation of them, have long been forgotten. You are now in a more advantageous position. You can now see the whole dream very clearly. It is seen in its fullest aspect. Better yet, you can now play it over as many times as you want to and see every detail in the dream. You are now wide awake and can really receive this where before you were seeing this dream with a consciousness that may be dipping in and out of sleep. You made contact with the dream only part of the time. The dream had to come to you in several parts. Many people have asked me if people on other planets dream as we do. The answer is that they don't dream at all on the other planets. The reason for that is that they don't have much unfinished business. As you have been able to see in running your dream, it was reflected from your unfinished business. Since these people have little or no unfinished business, then, we can see why there isn't any dreaming on these other planets. Another reason is that sleep is looked upon in a different manner from what we understand it to be here. They rest briefly at nighttime as a means of refreshing the body or quieting the mind, you might say. They may have been involved in something or get a little excited about something. By resting a few hours they get released from their mind activities. Man throughout the creation will eventually learn that sleep is not necessary. But until that time, there will be sleep or rest on the other planets without dreams and sleep here with dreams or prophecies as some people call them. You have been able to see for yourself the untold story of dreams. Integrated people have a great opportunity of being able to see all of their dreams and realizing the great number of them. In so realizing, much unfinished business can be wiped out so to speak. However unusual the dream may be, you, yourself, can always find the meaning and finish the business without referring to dream books or having someone try to interpret these dreams for you. These means of interpretation are useless to you in finishing up your unfinished business. They have no way of referring to your unfinished business and so are not able to give you the total realization which you are seeking.

QUESTION: WHAT AM I TO THINK ABOUT ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE PROPHETS AND TELL US WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. THEY USUALLY COME OUT THE FIRST OF THE YEAR WITH A BUNCH OF INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN DURING THE NEW YEAR. ANSWER: Well, you can think whatever you like about them. I can tell you how they operate. We might as well throw in a bunch of other information about the healers and people who make tables rise up in the air and can do things to other people, etc. I will just throw the whole bunch into one category here and answer your question as best I can. The source of their abilities starts between life times here on the third plane. The third plane consciousness is with the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness at the time the plans are being made. The fourth plane permanent body of consciousness seems to feel sorry for the third plane permanent body of consciousness and decides to step in and give some extra help. The fourth plane permanent body of consciousness has no business doing this. He feels that the third plane permanent body of consciousness is not progressing very fast anyway so why not do something different. So, the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness talks to the third plane permanent body of consciousness between several life times and says, "Look now, you haven't been having a good time lately or you have had very hard times down on the third plane. You have been a nobody. I can make it possible for you to get some attention on the third plane. I will make it possible to have people to listen to what you are saying and doing. So, we will make a hook-up between us and with a little bit of practice, we can do some wonderful things." At first, the third plane consciousness may not agree but with continued coaxing and abetting this suggestion, the third plane consciousness agrees and a strange wedding occurs between the fourth plane and third plane consciousnesses. It is actually a kind of integration in reverse. Instead of having the spirit and all the plane consciousnesses integrate together, it is only the fourth and third plane consciousnesses that operate. And so, according to the promise that was made, the process starts in the lifetime of an individual on the third plane and usually at a very early age. This could be as early as four or five years of age. The child may be heard to say some rather astounding things such as "Grandpa is going to die on the fourteenth." And sure enough, old grandpa drops dead on the fourteenth. Or, "There will be an unusual number of birds seen this spring." And, bingo! When the spring comes, and the birds return on their migration to that area, extra-large numbers are seen.

Before the child is seven or eight years old, he gains quite a bit of notoriety as a prophet. This does not usually get quite this far. The parents may become very strict. But, never the less, however restricted or hushed up, the child gains some notoriety and is known throughout his neighborhood or community and is often listened to when he speaks. Now, let's go into detail and show you how this works. It gets quite intriguing. The fourth plane consciousness is positive. It is a mind-detail consciousness and is pictured as a firm consciousness. The consciousness carried about by the human body is a negative consciousness and is of detail-mind. You can see from the above description that they are opposite consciousnesses. This is why the fourth plane consciousness can hook on very firmly to the third plane consciousness or can even use the third plane body temporarily. The fourth plane body is not involved here, just the consciousness. So, it can switch its allegiance and take over the third plane body quite freely. Oftentimes, this child will go into a trance or semitrance. Or, his eyes will roll back, so to speak, when he is speaking these things. He may go completely unconscious and speak these words aloud which means that the fourth plane consciousness has taken over completely the third plane body of consciousness and the third plane body. When this happens, energy is usually drawn from people nearby. The people who are listening to this are put very much in accord with what is being done or said and they can feel the authenticity of it or even feel that they are somewhat inferior people. Ignorant people will think that God has spoken to them or is speaking in the vicinity of the person speaking who is now entranced. They may feel that God has spoken to or through them. Those things happen in some instances. So, when the message is over, the person regains consciousness and cannot describe what happened; cannot tell what has transpired during his unconsciousness or at least has no cognizance of the true meaning of what was said or happening. So, as we observe this individual through life his ability to give these prophecies, words of warning, mysteries or whatever you want to call them is becoming a bit easier. They can tell when the messages or prophecies are coming. They participate very readily in the transmittal of the messages and can survive the fact very easily. These people grow up and are known as trance-mediums, phenomena or one thing or another. Now the fact that they don't speak the truth all the time doesn't phase anyone too much. The person doesn't have any control over what he is doing, so he is really not blamed for the inaccuracy, the method or manner in which these messages are given to the large numbers of people that follow him. All such individuals do get quite a bit of. notoriety, a following, so to speak or many fans. They often break into print in one way or another and everyone seems to be rather happy.

Let us see what happens to the person who tries to break away from these things. Ask any of these people, and some will admit it and some won't. But ask them again and again, and you will find that as they get older they want to get away from this thing, or activity, because it rather possesses them. They have a great deal of difficulty feeling through this. It takes their time. It does many things to the psyche or the third plane permanent body of consciousness and its ability. They sometimes try to break away from it. Then the fun begins, because the fourth plane consciousness is getting as much fun and excitement from it, or perhaps even more so than the third plane consciousness ever got out of it and it too is heard on the third plane. It too is sought after. So, it is somewhat of a thrill to the fourth plane body of consciousness and it will do many, many things to prevent the third plane from breaking away. It will bring prolonged illnesses. The person will feel that much better when he talks, due to the trance messages. Some of these people are pretty open about it. They do not have to go into a trance. That means the fourth plane body has a very good connection. As the person grows older and sees that this thing really doesn't do him any good or if he has any realization at all, it comes in those areas of no good. So, it will try to drop many of the appearances. He still doesn't realize it is the fourth plane consciousness but thinks it is a gift of God. This really couldn't be more remote but the person still doesn't want even God interrupting his life so often. Maybe the popularity is wearing out somewhat or added responsibilities come to the person which he does not want. He tries to drop many of the urges the fourth plane consciousness gives to the third plane permanent body of consciousness. Now there is some retaliation there - "Come on now third plane permanent body of consciousness, you started this, you have to keep this up with me, you know. I miss it if you don't do it." So the third plane permanent body of consciousness will learn how to get drunk and in some cases even take drugs to escape the responsibility. There are many trans-mediums, many individuals, who when they were younger got into this work very easily and freely devoted much time to it and wind up hitting the bottle pretty hard or becoming drug addicts to escape this. So it is not an easy thing to get rid of. In fact, it is well-nigh impossible. Something will come along and they will become very sober for a few years. Something will tell them that that is the thing to do. They will straighten up for a while and make the fourth plane body of consciousness their God again, so to speak. Let us look at the accuracy of these individuals. The individual, as I said, on the third plane is not held too closely responsible for accuracy. If they give a group of facts and one out of the group of 5 or 6 is true, or shows true or can be proven out true, they are usually given 75 to 100% accuracy for what they said. The not so true things are easily forgotten. The true things are remembered longest. So, as

you can see, these people are well overrated. If they say that something will happen in March and it happens between January and June, that little time slip is perfectly all right. You are 100% correct. It is very hard to keep accurate figures on these people. They are certainly not as accurate as they are told or sold to be. The reason for this is that they may get a pretty good message coming through pretty well. But then, in the interpretation of it or when you speak it out, talk about this thing, they cause it to lose a lot of its accuracy. Well, I have been given so and so message that something is going to happen over a certain part of the country. Instead of saying the State of Iowa, they will say mid-west. They want to increase the percentages of being correct or make it seem more possible that they will be correct. They give a larger area and include more time on it. A lot of them could be more accurate if they wanted to be. When we look at the overall picture of prophecy, we must realize that this fourth plane permanent body of consciousness is no wiser or no better taught these facts of life than we are. Many times the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness is making the prophecy through the third plane permanent body of consciousness and its apparatus, the human body. They ask a number of individuals on the fourth plane and they will take a consensus. The results of this consensus is nothing more than guess work on what is going to happen, now or then, or someplace, because various fourth plane consciousnesses think it is going to happen then. So really they don't know. They can see a little further. They really don't know how to put it accurately and on the line in many cases. Now, how do we know that this is the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness doing all of this? Well, we have talked to thousands of the fourth plane permanent bodies of consciousness and asked them outright how this is done. Most of them will admit it very freely when they see that you have guessed the situation. They talk about it and open up quite a bit. We asked them how they transmit the messages to the third plane. Many times they have to knock out the medium to get something through that is half way decent. They have, as a rule, plenty of help because they are doing something unusual. They can get help wittingly on the fourth plane and they get unwitting help on the third plane. On the fourth plane they can have many people come and talk to the channel. They can find many people on the third plane that are willing to act as batteries to reinforce the strength. We found that they are transmitting information to you by asking questions, asking hundreds of questions, questions, questions. Often they asked the same question but of different individuals. Now, I promised you that I would talk also about the matter of moving heavy tables. You can see now from this very illustration that they can transport anything in any

direction as long as it is mental. Remember, they are transmitting from the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness which is Mind-Detail to the third plane permanent body of consciousness which is Detail-Mind. Mind is very influential there. It speaks freely but speaks only in terms of Mind. So, if you analyze any statements made by a medium, let's say, he is telling someone that he is going to make a trip well, it is mostly Mind. The person might have it in mind to go. The medium then uses the person's mind to work out the details of it and so forth. But he won't go much beyond that. The medium won't or you can't get him to talk about the concept of the trip or the energy involved in the trip. Only the Mind aspect of it is related. So, lets see what happens when we move a heavy table or make it rise off the floor. The fourth plane permanent body of consciousness has made two visits with the third plane permanent body of consciousness between lives or maybe more, even four or five visits and he has smoothed over a lot of mistakes made in the past by the third plane permanent body of consciousness. He tells the third plane permanent body of consciousness that it can get more aid from the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness who is more practiced. After all, a lifetime is a very short period. He makes it look very good. He says, the third plane permanent body of consciousness didn't do anything wrong. He is just a little unpracticed. So, with more practice he brings extra third plane permanent bodies of consciousness for batteries or helpers. The batteries or helpers are usually someone of the opposite sex. If female is doing the table raising, a male or maybe two males are needed on this level to aid and abet. If it is a male, it is the opposite way around and two or more females are needed. Having acquired the strength, something he did not necessarily require for talking while in a trance; he becomes empowered, so to speak, of doing more heavy work, more amazing to the third plane person, more amazing phenomena. So it comes then that this person may try a thing or two. Maybe he can try healing or materialization. He will take ectoplasm out of a body and pull it out with the help of a battery. It takes a lot of energy to pull ectoplasm out of the body. He now asks that this be done and, of course, the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness directs all this. The third plane permanent body of consciousness need not know a lot or anything about this, as far as that goes. He may regard this as the work of a gifted person. He doesn't have to know anything about how to do it or when and where to do it. He just does it. So he becomes known as a gifted person. The third plane permanent body of consciousness always knew how to do this and various other things of this nature. And, of course, all of this person's work is laid at the feet of God. The third plane permanent body of consciousness and fourth plane permanent body of consciousness is never mentioned. Once the idea or secret is out, I guess anybody could do all these things if they wanted to.

So, here we have a person on his way to more extravagant spiritualism such as moving heavy objects around or even providing material for another fourth plane consciousness to get into and speak. This is quite a bit more advanced work and usually takes 2, 3, 4 or 5 lifetimes of preparation and learning. The same permanent body of consciousness on the fourth plane side and the same permanent body of consciousness on the third plane side are involved in practicing during several lifetimes. The people on this planet are flabbergasted to say the least! They hold much of this in awe or if they are very, very brave, they may try to expose it. Most of them can't get to first base. How do you expose something you don't know anything about? I know I wouldn't want the job myself. If I didn't know anything about this I would never try to expose it. But, we have a lot of foolhardy people on this planet who, in one way or another, do this very thing and they are usually given credit for exposing something. They may touch the surface or persuade someone against their will and against their mind. They don't necessarily understand it but it stands exposed once and for all. Now there are some frauds in the business, we know that. These people are working on the idea of making money, and, we can't blame them for that, for trying to pick up a few bucks here and there. They are doing something no worse or more fraudulent than the real thing. They don't understand what they are doing either. So, when someone does something and has no idea where the ability to do this comes from, I think he is a little guilty of fraud himself. But that is beside the point. Now, let us talk here for a while about the individuals that heal. They come to us from a planet called Kondon. Kondon was never a planet. It was a place that looked like a planet but it was never a planet. So we will let it go at that right now. These people can be detected more by their activities and their actions and certain bodily attributes. You can tell pretty quick that they are a group that likes to put up a tent or meet in huge auditoriums or at least have large meetings. They more or less shake a person, put their hand on them very firmly and cast out the devils. They are sure that all illness is caused by the devil. They too are given a lot of their information by the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness directly to the third plane permanent body of consciousness. They can see these energy discrepancies in the individual, or at least they know it is there. They know that it can be cast out, so to speak, or straightened out to the degree that the individual can become mobile again. These individuals from Kondon are male and female but mostly male with a few females around them. They all don't get such flamboyant attention from the public. Some are hidden down in the mountains of Tennessee but are well noted in their communities for their abilities to heal. They don't use the real or normal procedure in healing. The procedure they use is only used on this planet so it is rather hard to say which is normal. But at least there is a better

procedure. So, the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness can look into the third plane permanent body of consciousness of the individual and compare it with the physical condition or physical abnormality of the individual and there make its healing process actually by threatening or scaring the illness out of the body. Many of these healings are permanent and many are not. At least something is done at the moment. So then we can find all other degrees and kinds of individuals that do various things but they are always on the mental level. This kind of feeling then, this kind of conversation, this kind of doing is found in the various communities of the world - always very popular with a large percentage of the people mainly because they cannot explain it because of the way it is explained to them. It comes through God and always attracts a great deal of attention and can do a lot of harm as well as good. Now there is one other thing related to all these individuals, and that is, from time to time, and really more often than we believe, there are certain individuals chosen. These things are prepared between lifetimes whereby this individual will become a saint of some kind. We have Christian saints, Hindu saints and all other varieties of saints or people within their religion. It used to be that the hierarchical board, a group of individuals that were set up in the solar system. Primarily, they looked after the welfare of the experimental planet at more later times. The experimental planet was this planet, here - Earth. They kept the literature going pretty full of miracles. They made sunrises and sunsets and the virgin Mary appeared and lord Krishna appeared and many, many other things too numerous to mention but all having meaning within the religion and community life. They impressed. They gave the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness quite a charge, quite a belief within themselves and in turn the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness gave the third plane permanent body of consciousness certain abilities and would cause them to see many things, feel many things and be very hep in the area they were demonstrating. These things usually happened more than once to revivify the incident and to make the nearby people think they were very good. But those things are all individual things. Usually they happen several times and then cease. The persons were usually taken in by the religion or made saints by the religion, or one thing or another, to have the people understand that they might be very real. So we have dozens of these stories in every religion and some of those stories in every community. Well, that's about all there is to that except we may look forward to a diminishing of this phenomenon. The fourth plane permanent body of consciousness is getting busier and busier. The necessity for them to get attention to the third plane permanent body of consciousness will diminish and there will be less and less of

that activity. And that is not my fourth plane permanent body of consciousness telling my third plane permanent body of consciousness either. There have been two occasions brought to my mind where someone other than the fourth plane permanent body of consciousness has come through and one of those is back in the days of Pythagorus. Pythagorus was a seventh plane consciousness, a very learned consciousness. The seventh plane consciousness of Pythagorus not only talked to the people here through the third plane permanent body of consciousness of Pythagorus as he couldn't get to his consciousness here but I understand from reading the records that the seventh plane consciousness of Pythagorus appeared here also. He introduced a lot of ideas of mathematics and vibrating strings and many, many other things. You could probably get a good book on Pythagorus in the library, and read all about him. That was the seventh plane permanent body of consciousness of Pythagorus coming through. He did not teach anything worthwhile. He didn't prove himself in any way, except, as far as I am concerned, to make a fool of himself. But he carried on there for a while and gave us many laws. He really did not prove too much. The only other person coming from the seventh plane who has talked only to the third plane consciousness of the family is Seth. There have been two books written by Seth. Here again, the things he is trying to tell us are very disconnected. Although much a part of himself, he doesn't quite explain it well to the third plane permanent body of consciousness. There is too much difference in the purpose of the seventh plane permanent body of consciousness from the third plane permanent body of consciousness. of course, we can see the only way is to integrate with the seventh plane body of consciousness. Then we can transgress a lot of this language idea and a lot of things that Seth is trying to tell us and make it real to the third plane permanent body of consciousness - the physical world, as we know it. So neither of these examples have done any good. They have given a lot of misconceptions of the seventh plane permanent body of consciousness. Again, by far, many, many times over, the best way of getting information from the seventh plane and their way of life (or any other plane for that matter) is to integrate with it. By doing this you are not hampered by the languages or in any way restricted from knowing the seventh plane. There is a little seventh plane in you but not enough to handle languages and things like that - meanings of languages and so forth.

QUESTION: I HAVE RUN A DOZEN OR SO PAST LIVES VERY COMPLETELY AND I HAVE BEEN IN ON IT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WHEN MY THIRD PLANE CONSCIOUSNESS WAS ON THE SEVENTH PLANE. I SAW ALL THE WAY FROM A HALF DOZEN TO MAYBE TWENTY PEOPLE THAT WOULD BE INVOLVED IN MY LIFE BEFORE THE LIFE BEGAN AND THEY SHOWED UP ON THE THIRD PLANE AND MY LIVES WERE NOT ALWAYS COMPLETE OR BALANCED. WE CAN SAY THAT QUITE CONFIDENTLY. MANY THINGS THAT WERE TO HAPPEN IN THAT LIFETIME DID NOT HAPPEN. IN OTHER LIFETIMES THEY DID MOSTLY BUT I CAN SEE THE PLAN FOR THE LIFETIME BUT ABSOLUTELY, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE THE PLAN CAME FROM ORIGINALLY, OR THE BEGINNING OF THE PLAN. ANSWER: Well, that's a good question. We could add many things to that which you have already said but this gets us off to a good start. First, let me tell you, very emphatically, that the plan came from the Karma board. They were a group of individuals that reviewed each life here on earth and laid out, more or less, the lifetime. We will see in a minute where they laid out cycles of lifetimes. In many cases, the individual involved as the head of that life, played or acted out, to the best of his ability, the results of that life. Sometimes it was very enormous tasks for the individual, other times it came quite easily. He just fell into position, so to speak. But, please don't overlook that as a source or the very beginning of that lifetime. This is another reason, stated right there, that you cannot often see the whole lifetime or you are not involved in the planning of that lifetime to the extent that you would be if you could see the whole cycle of incarnations. Incarnations usually came in cycles. You are right in the middle of a cycle right now, that is, most of you. Others are beginning a cycle or clearing one up but that is a very small percentage of you. You have run hundreds of thousands of cycles of lifetimes. They go all the way from 3 or 4 to maybe a dozen or more attempts to accomplish something big, or something worthwhile, shall we say, for these men on earth. Here is a little example that I use many, many times - every time we talk about this in fact and, of course, I am usually aware that people have heard this before. So, I apologize deeply to them. It goes something like this. Say there is a man of Leonardi Da Vinci's stature and LET ME WARN YOU AHEAD OF TIME, THIS PERSON IS NOT Leonardi Da Vinci. I am saying this very advisedly. But the cycle of incarnations is working toward a goal such as Leonardi Da Vinci's life and he has to become many things. He is shown how to do many things but rather than be shown he is given an opportunity to work it out. So following is a cycle of

incarnations that culminates as Leonardi Da Vinci's life did - as a great artist, a great sculptor, a definite epitome of mankind as shown, while he was living here, and as shown for centuries thereafter. Da Vinci became pretty successful. He became very well-known over several continents. So, when he first incarnated in that cycle of incarnations, he was a dock hand. We can see this clearly now as we add this experience to his knowledge. Remember, he is working toward a goal of learning textures, colors, their intermingling; how to handle stone, how to make nice shapes from it and so forth. He must know many, many things to carry off this cycle of incarnations. So please bear with me and we will see how he starts out as a dock hand. As a dock hand, he must learn to be paid little, have strong muscles, and lately, or in this incarnation, perhaps a short memory so he can tolerate all these arduous tasks. He is learning as a dock hand to lift heavy weights, have a great deal of stamina in doing repetitious things, as he will learn later to accept quite readily as a painter and sculptor. So, here we go, working on an Egyptian dock, he has to carry heavy bags of rice or heavy bags of meal or grain and place them in the boat. He probably loads thousands of boats - of course most of the boats then being quite small. He works in a busy port and it is usually seven days a week unless it is very inclement weather. Then he works double time after that to catch up. You can see he is learning quite readily and it becomes second nature to him to handle heavy loads on his back, things that he will later learn as a prerequisite to being a good sculptor and artist. The next lifetime he will be the manager of the dock. Now that comes from being a dock hand at first, picking up where he left off and yet with enough intelligence this time to rise above the job of dock hand, probably at an early age. And so, he is fitted in that lifetime with a body and again, very strong parents and he is allowed to use more of his brains than his brawn in this game of loading boats. He is in charge, remember, and he finds a great deal of fun in plotting the decks of the various boats. Some boats are very similar and some a little different. He is keeping by weight, all those things separate, keeping, by weight, all those things together so he can make the boat float on an even keel, so to speak. There he loads the boat with a great deal of skill, with say, a mixed- load of bales of cotton, olive oil and other things that may not normally travel together. He doesn't dare put the olive oil near the cotton. A cask of olive oil may have a leak in it and would leak on the cotton and spoil it or make it inflammable. He couldn't possibly think of doing this any other

way. He must use as few stones as possible for ballast. Get a good load on going in that direction. So, he has to use his head but at the same time he is learning textures and materials as well. He doesn't want to put his meal or grain in bags near the oil either. It doesn't make so much difference on the cotton but again there is the chance of a cask or two leaking and spoiling the grain and making it rancid. So he has to load ship after ship with many, many items and he is learning the properties of most common things that we wear and use every day. Things we eat. Things that are sometimes shelter to us to build our homes. And on and on, he knows them all perfectly now, by their weight, how much space they would take up by weight and the material they are made of. Whether it is compatible with another material as far as storing or being safe is concerned. So he has passed through a second life learning second nature, what the materials of the world are. There is hardly a material that doesn't go by ship. He sees in the second life of the cycle of incarnations a great deal more than he saw before. Weights and balances, keeping this away from that, this can go together with that. In other words, not only does he now know the material, he knows its properties. So, now is the time for him to be born a woman and this time he is destined to become a woman and is with quite a brood of children, a houseful, so to speak. She goes into early adult life in the early teens probably, left with these children, a brood and then perhaps she even gets married when grown up or self-sustaining and is able to get married and in turn have a few of her own to be a widow rather early. We have a life here of rather hard work and very little money in this third cycle of incarnations and she has a lot of work to do. First working in her own family, that is, her mother's and father's children and working secondly with her own children to raise them. In other words, to sacrifice practically every year of her life as a woman to bring about food, to bring about clothing and some kind of shelter. She wants to do this, of course, as good as she can but all the time she is learning patience and sacrifice, rarely for herself but she is bringing into this lifetime a feeling of all of this as second nature so that she will be familiar with an artist's life who oftentimes paints and sculpts for the sheer beauty of it or the sheer love of it. She takes what little money she has and uses it for more materials to put into his art. So the entity has a good chance in this lifetime to learn much of that. A life of sacrifice, never doing anything but bringing about something for somebody else. This is a very important part of an artist's life and he might as well go into it. So, then we become a fourth incarnate. A young man, quite nimble minded, aggressive, and quite a servant to another man who is great in business, who handles much material and who has a lot of money. He becomes, through his nimble mind, rapid ways of learning, a bookkeeper. He handles the man's money.

He knows where every penny is now, how much the goods are worth and how much they will bring, when they can be sold. But he is not learning that because it is his money. He is learning something different. He is learning checks and balances. As this great artist everything he touches, teaches him checks and balances. As this great artist he must be checked and balanced. Checked and balanced as to space, checked and balanced as to worth, checked and balanced as to its availability. So he knows how many pounds of stone will be in an arm. He knows how many strokes of blue will fit this picture well. He knows checks and balances. He knows what will counteract red. He knows what will counteract mass. He knows what can be found in a couple of small blue dots; what must be built around that to support them. All that is now built into his consciousness in this life as a servant, as a helper, to this big business man. So, we add another incarnation to the cycle but we are not done yet, of course. Now he must be born as a shepherd. Each life as a shepherd is never wasted because he becomes the greatest observer of nature acts. By the time he is five years old he has seen a thousand sunsets and dawns. He has seen a thousand trees and a thousand streams or parts of the stream. He has seen so many beautiful things and he has seen so many imbalanced things that he can take the imbalanced things and make them beautiful. He can take small beauty and make it large beauty; many small beauties and make a pattern of them. He can do things with nature forms in his mind. He can learn and does learn everything an artist has to know. He can check and balance the synthetic things he learned as a bookkeeper. He can balance things that he learned as a dock handler, or boat loader and boss of the dock. He can learn many, many things now. He rounds them all out, very well. You can remember some of the things that you learned when you went into an incarnation as a certain specialist; ministers, mothers and fathers, aunts, patrons, various things, various people that you became friendly with and died with. So, now, he is about ready to become a great artist. Some guys become an artist rather simply and they become rather simple artists. But here is a man who knows art very well and here is a man who executes art very well. Today, it is a pencil mark, a plan that we would feel least significant for. It has not been discovered, not trio much talked about, not too much written about. It is all good stuff - all at the end of the cycle. So, you can see, when incarnations are successfully built up, they lead to more than ordinary lives. But, too many times, during the cycles of incarnations, so many things that are planned or even a few things that are planned are never finished. Sometimes after two or three trials, one way or another, you might say, in the cycles of incarnations, they are not finished. This leads to difficult lives and this leads to imperfect lives. It is more difficult now to finish an incarnation

or a whole series of incarnations, a cycle of incarnations, with the same brilliant touch because there are more things unfinished now than there were heretofore. Unfinished business is, more or less, the rule of the day. It has been getting progressively worse actually for about twelve million years on this planet. Sometimes new ideas are brought into the ideas of the planet but it took a long time for them to catch hold. My new idea was brought to individuals between incarnations. They just didn't have the ability, any more, to take hold, good hold, of it and do something with the idea. In our written history, 2,500 to 3,000 years ago, we find several ideas that were brought into the history and way of doing things on the planet. Religions, for instance, came very fast. Yoga, the root of man, was brought into thinking. But they just didn't take hold. There was one founder of Yoga, and it was really a mind exercise to begin with and he could never find his works practiced all the way. There are many, many other kinds of Yoga - there are 500 systems of yoga used now or in the past, and none were ever brought to true fruition because by that time very few minds could comprehend them. They would do part or parts of yoga and that is the reason it was split into so many kinds. We will take Hatha Yoga, for instance. It is now so packed you could spend a lifetime using the principles of Hatha Yoga. You could practice it all your life on physical aspects of Hatha Yoga and probably build a very efficient body or physical machine only to have the rest of Yoga to be accomplished in a further life. You understand what I mean, you would only accomplish a part of Yoga during a lifetime as your life goal. So you would have to accomplish the rest of Yoga in another lifetime or several lifetimes, as far as that goes. There is never enough shown in yoga so that you probably lost interest before the time was up. And so, you have more unfinished business. Religions come in many varieties and sizes, being almost worthless to begin with. It takes a lifetime of study, belief, faith etc. only to learn a little about one religion. All the suppositions about this religion only to be born in another religion and soon learn to become tired of that or become only a person of second rate and give up. So, that's the way it is when one follows things up from one lifetime to another. You forget a great deal between lifetimes. You are often times made to pick up that information after two or three lifetimes and this makes it next to impossible to follow through. The Karma board was a very interesting group to watch in how it held you back. It had lost its usefulness to the experimentation of this planet quite some time ago, as you are now beginning to understand after hearing the story of incarnations. So the Karma board was removed, several years ago. Man is free to choose his incarnations. In a very short while we will include something in both series of books, "The Awareness Techniques" and "Waldara Answers" series, about the

condition of the planes and what is being done now to replace the Karma board. So, it is all welcome news. But remember, on all incarnations up to now, many of those you have run in the past, back for thousands of years, will show the influence of the Karma board. Here is a little example I made up, and I do mean made up. It is really a composite of several experiences that tries to show how an individual has gone through the third plane consciousness disregarding plans made on the seventh plane. The person definitely messed it up so this might be called an example of why the person did not succeed in his lifetime, why the whole thing became unfinished business and even worse than that, it reversed itself toward the end and caused everybody associated with this person quite a bit of trouble, trouble that they didn't count on, coming to this person's aid, so to speak. So it all starts out with mama, papa and the daughter. The idea of this lifetime was for the daughter to become a nurse. She had asked papa, when on the seventh plane, his third plane permanent body of consciousness, to finance and help along this thing which he was quite willing to do. It fell in with his plans. She had asked mama to aid her in every way possible because mama had planned to be a nurse herself in this lifetime and so from the very beginning it looked like a sure thing. Here was an individual that was definitely going to come through. Lets see how this child, the daughter, ended up over a trivial incident that happened in high school. She was, during her senior year, asked to sing the lead in the high school operetta. This extra activity was performed to raise money for the senior class. Now this daughter had no particular singing voice but she was very popular in high school among the students and anyone she contacted she was certainly one of the better students there. She already had a leaning toward nursing and that way she assured the class of bringing in a few more tickets sold. We are now down here at the beginning of the end. We come to the night of the operetta and as we might say, it was a great success. The girl sang to the best of her ability and the class sponsor was the first to say that she did quite well. Of course, singing was quite new to the girl and she took all this quite to heart, took it very personally. Then, the orchestra leader in this large high school, stood up and praised the girl and said that he might go a bit further and say that she had professional abilities, some hidden talent there that might be uncovered in later years. Well, that set the girl on fire and the night didn't go past when she was asking big daddy and mama her possibility of taking voice lessons. Now, I say she was ready to follow in her mother's footsteps, going on to nursing college, nursing school, excuse me, and at her mother's bidding, always going well. She had read all of her

mother's nursing school books and was full of knowledge. This business of singing turned her away. So, father said, that there was no person suitable to teach her music on such a scale in the local town and the next time he was over at the bigger town nearby, he would ask or inquire for such a teacher there. So, he did, much to his wife's elation and more elation to the daughter, he found someone who had taught music there for years, vocal music that is. He had agreed to talk to the girl. So the next Saturday they all loaded in the car and went to see this man. Well, he greeted her with a very good demeanor, of course, and listened eagerly as she ran through some scales. He pronounced that she did have some talent hidden there and she, at least, could carry a tune. He was also thinking to himself that she looked like a very potential income for him for quite a few years. So she started the next Saturday taking lessons and she struggled very, very hard. In five weeks she was able to do a very simple operatic tune and with great difficulty but she came through alright. Her father agreed to continue the lessons. Well, Saturday became quite a day in her life. They ventured toward this city regularly and she took her music lesson. The father and mother usually took in the matinee at the local movie house and they had dinner there and proceeded on home. The daughter strenuously practiced throughout the week and that was all there was to it except at the eighth week. They went over there and they were eating in this restaurant. They had an unusual experience in that a young boy showed up as a waiter in the restaurant and took an immediate shine to the young girl. So, it became the practice to hurry and not waste much time to get the lesson over with on time and to get the parents out of the movies and all hurry so they could eat in this restaurant. Well, the boy came to work about the time they came to eat there and since he worked just during the supper hour he soon persuaded the parents and the girl to stay over a couple of hours longer while he and the girl went to the evening movie. Then when the first show was out they proceeded on home. This was somewhat of a hardship on the mother and father but the first time or two they didn't seem to mind. Some of the progress was being made at the local studio and by now the local professor told her that she was surely headed for the opera. She received this information and relayed it to her parents and everything was hunky-dorey. The weeks went on and it became a regular thing for the young man, who was out of high school, to take the young girl to the movies. As time went on, he swore his undying love to her and three or four months later they were engaged to be married. Well, that was real nice. Here was a young girl now who had come to this earth on the third plane, had her mother's and father's promise to help her financially, and to give her all the encouragement necessary to become a nurse.

Her mother was already a nurse and could give her every help and assistance with her studies. Now a fourth person enters the scene and that is the young man who swore his undying love to her and was taking her, every Saturday, to a movie. It was not long before she came over an evening during the week after getting her driver's license and borrowing dad's car to see him at that time. So, to make a long story short, the following summer, they got married. Well, this cooled father's intentions a bit. Remember, he had decided to help her, promised to help her to become a nurse, not to become an opera singer. Mother, of course, always had the daughter's interest at heart and argued that he should be helping her. But he said, "She has a husband now and between them they should be able to make the local. professor's weekly fees anyway." But the young man was very lackadaisical. He didn't work when he didn't have to and the young girl got a job in the city, working in a store and she took it upon herself to pay most of the bills that seemed to accumulate somehow. So, we have a very serious setback in her lifetime's desire to become a nurse and serve mankind in that way to demonstrate a desire on her part. So, she would now need to pay the bills, continue her music lessons, which weren't doing any great deal of good but she could sing a little better and this somehow didn't dampen her ardor to become an opera singer. So he continued his lackadaisical ways and the father discontinued paying for the music lessons. Mother stood between them but father wouldn't budge. It wasn't many months later that the young girl found herself ready to bear a child. Well, this did a couple of things - it took her off work and there wasn't much money coming into the family then. They had to move to a smaller apartment and now she couldn't continue her music lessons. She didn't have the money anymore and the boy got a job with a construction company but it was very unsteady work. So, every Saturday she tuned in the Saturday afternoon operas on the radio and sang along with them while she waited for the baby to be born and tried to keep things together. So this went on and on. Then the baby came and she realized what having a baby was like. She was very saddled to her home and with the baby constantly, night and day. She couldn't afford a baby sitter and some days the husband went to work, some days he didn't and the baby added to their expenses considerably and there was the hospital bill which they paid off so much a month. She became quite bitter. She saw now, that her father definitely was not going to help her, the mother was losing interest in her becoming anything besides a housewife and her husband really had no feeling for music. She lost all opportunities to become a nurse and her abilities couldn't carry her through. The music professor tried to come over and figure out at times how he could regain that

money but it seemed impossible. He told her, "Don't give up honey, you will in the opera someday." The day never came. So when she packed her husband's lunch to the construction job, she left out two or three things more for spite than anything else. She would send along things he didn't particularly like because she felt he was now the cause of all her troubles. The little child, as most infants are, was quite time consuming and very demanding at times. Many times, when she would sing with the opera on the radio on Saturday afternoon, he would spend the afternoon squalling and she couldn't even do that. So, it looks like she is being pulled further and further away from the opera. She would let the baby cry and sometimes three or four days went by before she made up to him as a mother should. It wasn't very long after that she was ready to have another baby. The second one isn't as bad as the first one she was told. Things continued and she had less and less opportunity to show her operatic talent and sometimes it was weeks on end before she sang at all anyway, not even in the bath tub. She was so mad at her husband but not so mad she would divorce him. So went the beautiful life that had been planned for that daughter. The sure way, in which the closest people she knew were going to help her, was a sure thing that she would join the nursing corps and care for her fellow men the rest of her life. It all went down the drain, because several people turned her head a little bit too far and told her she could be something else as well. The young doctor she was to marry and live a nice life the rest of her life was never brought upon the scene. Her teachers at nursing college never arrived on the scene and grandma who was to fall in a little later when she became almost a nurse, you might say, never appeared upon the scene and all those who were to help her during her life, never had a chance to help her because she did not appear. At any rate, there is a prime example of an individual who took his own lifetime and, through not remembering enough, through getting off the track, so to speak, did not and could not see the problem at hand. Three innocent people were involved because the young man that presumed he loved her very much and is still infatuated with her today. The young children who didn't know a nurse from a manufacturer of fine cigars did not know what they were doing or what they were coming to. Hence, a beautiful life time was really spoiled. There was no alternative, no secondary plan, no making this plan that came up worthwhile. It means that everything this person touches, the careless tampering with this plan, that everything the person touches from then on out ruins, you can actually say that, ruins the lifetime, too.

The father had no reason to carry on his promise, fulfill his plan. The mother was alright in her plan but could not have the daughter as part of her plan and finish it completely. The young man and the two children found that everyone that had agreed to help them was busy in another incarnation this time and maybe they could have rested but they chose to come into this lifetime and try to make some sense out of it. Of course, all the people were left holding the bag because the daughter never got that far. And then the reversal, instead of giving the husband true love and the father and mother their respect, and the two children a loving mother all were forced to take the bitterness of this daughter who thought she was injured or hurt in some way by her poor decision. So, you can see, that we often spoil our chances of completing the business that we had set about in the lifetime. This is not important really. The whole business was figured out for us by the Karma board. The original question was, I don't understand where this consciousness of desiring to be a nurse came from, and how it was strong enough to enhance others around her. How could it somehow fit the girl's plan in with her original plan. How do these individuals know enough to show up with their oftentimes confused idea of this persons lifetime to be? They have to study the plan and be brought into the plan somehow but on their own volition. All this is the work of the Karma board. Would it not be better if we were out in our full memory and were projecting instead of incarnating and did a lot of things that were not only informative to ourselves but helpful to our planet. Had this been the case, you would have found dozens of the Leonardi Da Vinci type among the artist population. You would have found dozens of this girl type but successfully becoming trained in the nursing arts, adding to the knowledge of the nursing arts and contributing new innovations to the nursing arts. Well, let's go on now to a case where a family was not allowed to fulfill their plan by an act of nature. This was a little puzzling at first but we checked it out and went through it again and again and found it to be a valid activity. We found this activity happening more on this planet as we looked into the records than we could even realize at the moment. The family was to include the father, mother, a daughter and an unborn son. They lived in Holland. The father, the mother with child, and the daughter found themselves one morning in the midst of a plague. Now, this sort of thing happened quite often in middle Europe. What usually would happen, the person that had the plague died right along with their neighbors. But, this father seemed to be a little more alert. He sold everything to the remaining living people there and packed a few essentials on a horse and left the country, posthaste. His wife rode on the horse which was only natural, she being pregnant. He was a kindly gentleman, above and beyond the people of that time. The daughter walked along by his side and the few essentials they had rode on the horse also.

He wasn't content to go to the next country or two. He didn't stop until he reached the great country of Turkey. Over the Italian Alps and down until he walked clear over to Turkey. I guess he did not have that many possessions. So, highway bandits didn't bother him. He had made his mind- up to go as far away as he could. Shortly after their arrival in Turkey, a son was born to him, a healthy good looking boy. They sold the horse for what it would bring and bought a small piece of land up in the hills and started a farm. Now, this being an actual case we went back to the seventh plane. The girl who we are now running in the present life began looking at the plan for that lifetime. She saw the young man and we find that quite a few people came there to help him work out this life and be a part of it. This life, of course, was to be in Holland in a little town where the inhabitants remained very tranquil. He was to become a large land holder as the time went on. He would acquire a few more acres of land and become more wealthy. He was to have his fingers in a little bit of everything. He was to have had another son and daughter, which was much to his credit. But the plague, we call an act of nature or something similar, did not let him do this. His early start and few years of marriage was completely wiped out. He transported a continent away out of fear. His daughter and son were now his onlychildren. He had no desire for more. Life was very rugged there in Turkey. He had to learn another language. His wife didn't learn it very well and could speak very little of it. The land holding was put off for a few years. They were just at wits end as to what their daughter would amount to, as well as his fine young son. Finally, he got an idea. He sent back to Holland, after two or three years, and got some tulip bulbs. In this very small area they had a marketplace. He raised the tulips and put them on the market and they sold for very good prices. At that time tulips were introduced around Holland and in Europe, only, so they were quite a novelty in Turkey. This brought him more money per acre of ground. He was able to get more of this cheap ground and culled the rocks out of it and had good weather and it was also fairly moist there. He grew more and more tulips which brought him more money and a handsome profit. As far as the mother and family were concerned, this turn of events spoiled most of their plans for that incarnation. The daughter and son that were born were not able to make much sense in trying to apply the Holland life plan to this life in Turkey. The two unborn children had to dropout. But since we were running this girl we spent most of the time finding out what it did to her. Remember, the father came out the best. He had a strong enough will to gain more property and make somewhat of a success out of the situation. Of course, Turkey wasn't the lowlands of Holland, fertile and all this and that. It was poor land but he didn't come out too badly. Let's turn to the daughter now. As she grew up she was and felt different

from the Turkish children. But, the Turkish children took her in the school and eventually she went on to the private school. As she graduated there was not the Turkish desire to remain somewhat near the home as the Turkish girls there did. She got a job in a store. 'There she met a young travelling merchant and to and behold, he was of Spanish origin. Well, he fell in love with her little blond hair and her cute fat little self from Holland and wanted to take her away back to Spain, right away. She was a little young for that, and her father said no, of course, he came back in a few months and still no dice. But, after three years he was finally able to take her away. She moved by boat to Spain and never saw her family again. They lived in very comfortable circumstances. She had servants to do her every bidding, cook her meals, wait on table and do the laundry and dust the furniture. Living in the lap of luxury was fine. The only thing wrong with the situation was that six or seven months of the year she didn't have her husband around. He was off to sea, with his trading adventures, making money to pay for all of this. She was a widow. But they made up for it when he came back and she had lots of friends and company when he was gone and it wasn't too bad. But, what did this do to her planned lifetime? She was to be a young Hollander. She was to become part of the better class of people because of her father's land holdings and she was to marry a nice young Hollander, not a Spaniard. Then he was to come up in high society and be a leader in Holland. She had three different children than the ones she had planned on. They were sent away to private school and she never got to see them much except on the holidays. Sometimes they were there when her husband was and sometimes they were not. Rather a mixed life, mixed up that is. At the age of less than forty, she got pneumonia and died. She wasn't getting anywhere. Maybe the food was too hot for her, I don't know. It wasn't agreeing with her and she wasn't agreeing with it. She just up and died. There we have a life that was laid out by the Karma board and was spoiled by a natural catastrophe, the plague. It may have been better off if she had died with those who died of this dread disease. But, with her father, she escaped all that and went on to more years of wasted life. So, you can see, the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray. Many times the things that are handed us, is most of the time we think they are our plans or at least he idea was given to us, we tried to work them all out. 3ut as you have just seen we often did not. If that kind of planning goes on with practically every individual and includes some form of unfinished business, (and of those many, many lifetimes there are quite a few where everything or just about everything went wrong) then who is doing our planning?

If you had all your faculties, so to speak, you would not be encrusted in this incarnate body that shields you away from the creation. You would not have to do a lot of stretching and looking beyond the body to get integrated and many tricks that were played on you would not have ever materialized just as we have noted here tonight. What good is all the planning when we are so often led astray, some of it or all of it. So we can't do anything perfectly. Well, I say we could if we had much better consciousness, third plane consciousness, that is. The third plane consciousness is linked freely and ably to all the other plane consciousnesses, and the Spirit. In Spirit we are given free rein and so are all of those on the planes. The best thing we can do then, is integrate. We now have this lifetime ahead of us and we can change things to our desires because the Karma board is no longer giving us feelings. Therefore, we can change whatever plan is available to us. If we don't do this I am quite sure that you are simply drifting. You may see if this is not so by integrating and looking at your life. So, let's integrate. Let's see what this life is all about and let's change it and make it very productive. Let's find out what we are good at and why - right now.

QUESTION: WHAT IS ALL THIS THAT WE HEAR ABOUT MIND CONTROL THESE DAYS, SOMETHING ABOUT TUNING INTO THE MIND, OR DOING SOMETHING WITH THE MIND, OF OVERCOMING ILLNESSES, SOME OF OUR PSYCHOSOMATICS AND THE ACCOMPANYING ALPHA WAVES ... I AM VERY INTERESTED IN THOSE ALPHA WAVES AND BETA WAVES ETC. CAN YOU TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT THAT? ANSWER: Well, as far as I am concerned the whole business of Mind Control is rather funny. These people are trying to teach you to control the mind. There are hundreds of thousands of trained people out doing this sort of thing now. All I can say about them is that they know nothing about the mind. They are treating the mind by treating the exhaust. Now if you had an automobile and it was going somewhere and you wanted to go uphill in the automobile, you would do something to the exhaust. You would add something to it, you would stimulate it somehow. If you wanted to go downhill or coast you would do something else to the exhaust. If you wanted to turn right or turn left you would still do something further to the exhaust. In other words, what I am trying to say is the "mind" and all mind emanations are something left over from this animal body we inherited, namely the brain. Your "mind" can tell us, very easily, the difference between hot and cold; that is, the brain can tell us that it is night or day or other similar things. The brain is something left over from the years and years, centuries and millenia of indwelling animal bodies. It is hooked directly to the stimulus of the senses, shall we say; the eye, the ear, the nose, the skin, the taste and the various stimuli we have on the surface of the body and that's all it can tell us about anything. Then someone who is very unkind can come along and poke your eyes out and you are without sight or he does something to your ears and you can't hear any more or they remove the tongue and you can't taste anymore. There are a lot of people on this earth that can't smell because they have had damage to their nose. A lot of people have had the surface of their body become quite numb or it malfunctions and they really cannot feel much. The world is so much numbness to them. But, our mind comes about us, through us, over us. We often speak of this as sensing from the heart. Your heart knows this or you speak from the heart respond from the heart. All of these things have to do with our third plane permanent body of consciousness. Nothing can disrupt that body of consciousness as long as it is in the body. It receives stimulus from the body. But, if one sensory organ is somehow disconnected, the nervous system of the eyes, the nervous system of the ears, all passing through the brain, are somehow destroyed or set off that they cannot function anymore, then others take over for us. The blind man has a good chance of getting around because his hearing then increases. In other

words, the third plane permanent body of consciousness takes care of these things and so we move to a true understanding of what this is about. There are men, for instance, up at McGill University, who gave us many indications that the brain is an exhaust. They showed us how they peeled back the skull on a living person and touched certain parts of the brain with a silver wire or silver needle and that person could hear, or let's say, rehear a symphony as he had heard it previously in a very detailed manner merely by touching that part of the brain that the needle passed through. A person can hear whole conversations and speeches just by touching, with the silver wire, another part of the brain; or he can relive certain episodes in his body by touching other parts of the brain. His arms and legs raise and he goes through the whole activity of the physical episode. So, the thing we notice is that it only happens to things a person recorded in this lifetime. These incidents can be played over any number of times but in the manner of an exhaust or something leaving the body. Now these exhausts or things leaving the body have been measured in various ways. We have the electroencephalograph as one common way that is used to measure these emissions. We have another common manner in which this' is done on a very similar machine which measures waves. For instance, the unconscious or healthy brain produces Delta waves. Now they run from zero to four cycles per second. The Theta waves are a little better than that, they measure from four to eight cycles per second. Now, the normal conscious brain emits Alpha waves from eight to thirteen cycles per second and the Beta waves are very fast waves that measure from thirteen to twenty six cycles per second. They have further defined the waves in this manner. They say the Alpha waves are connected to creativity, physical well being and meditation such as reached by Yogis and the followers of Zen. Beta is associated with intense concentration or tension. Delta signals show that the brain is drowsy, or assimilating new information or dreaming. Good old Delta waves are demonstrating deep sleep. There are some machines these days that can be hooked up to the exhaust system of an automobile and tell exactly what happens in an automobile engine when it is running. The gasoline mixture is too rich or too lean. There are plugs that are not firing properly, or something. They can tell by the exhaust coming from the automobile if the engine is running well, getting the proper food and whether it is what we call a healthy engine. So it is with these series of waves. We can tell how much this is and that is by the exhaust coming through the brain or if the body is doing alright or doing well. This

is not really a test on the engine exclusively. What we are doing, whether we are eating too much carbohydrate or not eating too much or whether we are responding properly to the environment can only be shown in generalities. Now, you people who have read this far in the article are very desirous of knowing how these exhausts, waves or emissions from the body, measure up while we are doing the Awareness Techniques, while we are integrating. You may rest assured, if you understand what these exhaust waves mean at all that the very second you begin stretching out through the bottom of the feet or the first serious words come about in Multi-Level Awareness until a little bit alter you are running the integrating technique and all subsequent runnings where you have mastered the technique and do not have to go through the exercises but step immediately into the integration program. All those times, whether it runs for a few minutes or a few hours, every second of the time you are in the Alpha state, the highest desirable state of brain wave cycling from eight to thirteen cycles per second. Now, I am not going to say that this is good or bad because we are tinkering with something that is of no great concern or consequence to us in the Awareness Techniques. We are not looking for brain wave cycles. It just happens that the body does respond to those optimum waves. But that is not the criteria of Awareness Techniques at all. The criteria is learning and having realizations. Of all of the therapies presented to man in the present and past, you can easily see the best therapy through the number of realizations that can be obtained per minute. Some are almost worthless because you may come to this therapy and follow the instructions, follow the leader, and have one realization every few weeks. It's really something to have more realizations than that in a day of ordinary living, and to come to some mediocre realizations at the end of several months period. This does not speak very highly for that technique. With others, you may have a realization every hour or so. Some of the most touted therapies or programs we have today may have three or four per hour and it makes the person so joyous that they can run easily the gauntlet of emotions. So, it is very unusual to come upon a therapy or a technique, as we call it, that has realizations coming to you several a minute, from the beginning, and of course, it can pick up speed from there on. It only increases in value to the person using it. We have found there are ways to bring this about and it is not through the brain, believe me. It is not through the everyday consciousness. It is not through the ways of the disintegrated individual. It comes -by combining, unbeknownst to the person who is experiencing these things, the detail, the mind, the energy and the concept consciousnesses that are built into everyone. Most people don't realize that it can be used together and adding spirit to those four combinations, detail, mind, energy and concept, man can reach the epitome found anywhere in the creation. It melts

or equalizes all that has been done wrong to him, and all the wrongs he has done to himself. It can, every moment, make him a better man by finishing up his unrealized, unfinished business. It can add to himself by coordinating his unrealized talents and bring him up off the ground by showing him these enormous abilities he has in a manner that will not be forgotten. So, you see, the Awareness Techniques are not trying to overcome a few psychomatic illnesses because all the psychosomatic illnesses we have are tied to the past. Often if we attack one or two or three at a time, they merely submerge or get out of sight because the cause of these psychosomatic illnesses, even though they are the same throughout the world, is unfinished business. By gauging the emissions or exhausts or something coming off the physical body, and not showing the source, not showing whence these things come from; one cannot and does not have lasting effect on the physical body or the consciousness about the body. So, there you are. Whether you are emitting the Alpha, Beta or Delta waves, it matters not, really, as far as the well-being of the consciousness is concerned. The slumbering person, on emitting the Delta waves, can have just as much well-being about him and probably is better off by not going through the psychosomatic cycles that his Beta friend is going through with his thirteen to twenty six cycles per second. So you can see, to some people, to the more probing mind, to the investigative mind, to the multi-level aware mind, this could mean a lot. It may only be a signal but a person must get to his problems at the source. He must involve his physical and conscious or aware existence from the level at which it began. There is much more to it. There is so much more awareness to be gained after it is all put together again and it is all brought back to the source. The person, while running, is very conscious. He has his realizations several a minute or more and really resolves his problems at the source, once and for all, and is more aware from now on for having done so.

QUESTION: BILL, HOW DID THE STEAM PRESSURE PRINCIPLE GET ESTABLISHED ON THIS EXPERIMENTAL PLANET, KALARNA? ANSWER: Well, this is another example of the control that has been exercised by the Karma Board, up until quite recently, on all activities of this planet. Rather than releasing information on more advanced types of propulsion, as used in other parts of the creation, the creator and his disciples, the Karma Board, held back progress here by establishing the incarnative process and having then to support it in all respects. Specific to your question, however, you will find through integrated running that many things were parcelled out in the following manner. Things such as electricity, jet propulsion, television and so forth. Steam pressure as a principle of locomotion and propulsion on the planet was introduced over a period of two thousand years and I am speaking only of our current civilization, let's say beginning with the Greeks. Since the Karma board had control of all life plans on this planet, who did what and when, they could easily control all activity here. This is explained more in detail earlier in this book. In the case of steam pressure, just a cursory examination of the encyclopedia shows us twelve individuals beginning with Hero of Alexandria and ending with Professor J. Strump of Germany. This was between the period 20 B.C. and the early nineteen hundreds. I am sure there have been many other contributors to the development of steam but we will use the twelve I am going to tell you about here to illustrate how individual consciousnesses come down into successive lifetimes to continue their contribution to a specific project or developmental idea. Without further adieu I am going to give you some detail about each of the twelve third plane individuals and then tell you which ones were involved in successive lives related to the establishment of the steam pressure principle on the planet Kalarana. So, let's integrate and follow along. 1. HERO of ALEXANDRIA Hero was born about 20 A.D. and while the encyclopedia says that his date of death is unknown you integrated people can ask the question and find out how long he lived. At that time the great days of Greek science were over. Nevertheless, the curtain did not go down abruptly. There were fitful flashes of genius for some centuries. One of those flashes was that of Hero, who displayed an almost modern aptitude for mechanics. Just ask the question and see why this was.

Hero was and is most famous for his invention of a hollow sphere to which two bent tubes were attached. When the water was boiled in the sphere, the steam escaped through the tubes and as a result of what we now call the law of action and reaction the sphere whirled rapidly about. This was an early method of converting steam power to motion. The device is still used as a rotating lawn sprinkler. Incidentally the consciousness that was Hero of Alexandria will be found to be James Watt, number nine on the list on page 54 and also Professor J. Strump number twelve on the list. In other words, this consciousness had three lifetimes during the brief period we are covering, all lifetimes of which, contributed greatly to the initial and final development of the steam pressure principle here on Kalarana. 2. GIAMBATTISTA della PORTA

Della Porta lived 1538 to 1615, was an Italian mathematician and published in 1602 a description of a device for raising water similar to Hero's fountain but using steam rather than air and generating the steam in a seperate chamber from that in which the water is displaced. His description outlined the system used almost one hundred years later in the first commercially successful steam engine. Della Porta was also Denis Papin (1647-1712). For those of you who are integrated you might wish to read or run Della Porta's between life experience. In other words, he died in 1615 and was up on the planes until 1647, until he came down as Dennis Papin who we will speak about later under number seven. You might be interested to know what he did between these two particular lifetimes. How did he prepare for the next go around at steam? Run it, just like you would a third plane lifetime. See how all these men of steam get together on the planes. 3. SALOMON de CAUS

In 1615, the French engineer, Salomon de Caus, 1576 to 1626 proposed an apparatus to propell a water jet "to great height". It was quite similar to that of della Porta except that the steam was to be generated in the same vessel from which the water was expelled. De Caus died in 1626 and the same consciousness came back in 1663 as Thomas Newcomen, number eight. Here is another opportunity to see what happens between lifetimes of another contributor to steam development, the same consciousness being both De Caus and Newcomen. 4. GIOVANNI BRANCA

Branca was an Italian architect. Deviating from the main line of steam engine evolution, Branca, in 1629, designed an engine utilizing the action of a steam jet impinging on the blades of a paddle wheel to produce rotary motion. Nothing came of his suggestion at the time although, much later, this principle was used as the basis for the impulse type steam turbine. Much of the development work for the impulse type steam turbine was done during the lifetime of number ten Jonathan Hornblower, who lived between 1717 and 1780. Here, in this case, you can see the continuation of the work along a basic principle during the lifetimes of Branca and Hornblower, both the same consciousness again. 5. EDWARD SOMERSET, Second Marquis of Worcester

The Marquis was born in 1601, died in 1667. Considerable controversy surrounds the activity of Somerset, in the march of steam engine history. It seemed fairly certain that in or about 1650 to 1656 he did construct one or two devices that suceeded in raising water to castle towers from the moats. However, the account published by him in a book on inventions (1663) gives insufficient detail to substantiate the originality of his device which was undoubtedly a variation of De Caus' steam fountain. We find the Marquis of Worcester, having died in 1667, coming back into another lifetime in the 1800's as T. J. Todd, number eleven, another strong contributor to the implementation of the steam engine principle on this planet. Todd's work was done around 1885. 6. THOMAS SAVERY Savery lived 1650 to 1715. The first steam driven device to be commercially successful was that patented in 1698 by Thomas Savery. This apparatus for raising water was put to economic use by Savery in pumping out the flooded mines of Cornwall. Ask to see Savery's life as a miner in Cornwall. The first among vacuum pumps his invention operated simply; steam in one end of an egg shaped forcing vessel condenses, producing vacuum which causes water to rise through a suction pipe past a check valve and partially filling the vessel. Then the higher pressure steam from the boiler is introduced which closes the check valve and forces the water out through a riser past the check valve. As the water leaves more and more cold metal surface is exposed to the steam which begins to condense at an increasing rate. The decreasing pressure causes the outlet check valve to close and the process now repeats itself. While Thomas Savery appears only once during the period of our twelve steam heros, you may run a lifetime of .his, if you choose, under the third plane name of

Arostesis. This was during the period of the construction of the pyramids in Egypt about 26,000 years ago. During this lifetime it is interesting to note that he helped or worked with a gentleman whose spirit name is - Moranda. Moranda was in charge of building the pyramids which were a listening device and a device to attempt communication with those outside this experimental planet. I suggest you take a good look and see how the pyramids were really built. They did not have saws, hammers and chisels and all the baloney that you read about. They just thought it and there it was. Incidentally, good old Moranda came back, very recently, as John F. Kennedy. He was president of the U.S. for a while. He is now upstairs, right over us, in a craft with a lot of old friends including his brother Bobby whose spirit name is Adamo. Integrate and ask them to show you the craft they are aboard. The craft is that of Ama-Ita-Anda. 7. DENIS PAPIN

Denis Papin was a Frenchman, born in 1627 and died in 1712. You will remember that he was also number 2, Della Porta. In all the machines and devices we have mentioned previously, steam either acted by its momentum alone or by exerting pressure directly on the surface of water. The first invention of the important idea of making steam act against a piston which could by its motion be made to activate a mechanism was due to Denis Papin, the inventor of the safety valve for boilers, who in about 1690, constructed a working engine model consisting of a vertical cylinder with a piston. Although his plan was to take practical shape in someone elses hands, his engine was unworkable because he used the same vessel for both boiler and cylinder. S. THOMAS NEWCOMEN Thomas Newcomen was born in 1663 and died 1729. Just a reminder that Thomas was also Salomon de Caus back in 1576-1626. Now, in 1705, Thomas Newcomen patented the first steam engine worthy of the designation. Developed by Newcomen, it was the first of the so called beam engines which, as later modified, by James Watt and others, persisted to recent times. The steam generated in the boiler was admitted to the steam cylinder as the counter balanced beam raised the piston and rod and lowered the pump rod. A water spray was then introduced inside the steam cylinder, condensing the entrapped steam and creating a partial vacuum. The difference between the atmospheric pressure on the top of the piston and the greatly reduced pressure inside the cylinder produced the force to push the piston down thus actuating the beam and raising the pump rod. Prior to this the condensation had been produced

by water cooling the outside of the cylinder until, as one account has it, accidental leakage of the water used on top of the piston to assist in creating a seal indicated a desirability of an internal spray. The Newcomen engine was known as an atmospheric engine because it used steam at a pressure of zero gauge. This was the principle always used for pumping water. 9. JAMES WATT James Watt lived 1736 to 1819. He did not invent the steam engine but he contributed ideas of such magnitude that his engines, in large measure, ushered in the industrial revolution and provided the planet with one of its most efficient prime movers. Watt has always been credited as the inventor of the steam engine. You will remember that good old James Watt was Hero of Alexandria and a little bit later in this story becomes Professor J. Strumph. He is the only man on our list with three lifetimes included during this brief period. In 1763, Watt, while engaged in the repair of a model of Newcomer's engine for the University of Glasgow, was impressed by the great waste of steam caused by the alternate chilling and heating of the cylinder walls. Being of a scientific bent, he tested the performance of the model, experimented with the properties of steam and studied what was then known of the laws of behavior of elastic fluids. The engine resulting from his patent was actually an improved Newcomen Engine. 10. JONATHAN HORNBLOWER Jonathan Hornblower was born in 1717 and died in 1780. He was a contemporary of James Watt and in 1781 introduced the first compound engine but because of patent difficulties the development lay dormant for years. In compound engines steam is admitted to a high pressure cylinder where it is partially expanded and then transferred through a receiver to a low pressure cylinder where the expansion is completed. When Hornblower was Branca he began the development of this principle. It is probable that the original motive of the inventor, in both lives, was to provide, by the use of two cylinders, a more uniform shaft torque. It was subsequently discovered that the use of a double expansion appreciably reduced cylinder condensation; the steam leaving the relatively high pressure cylinder at relatively higher temperature did not cool the exhaust section of cylinder as much hence a reduction of initial condensation. The steam entering the low pressure cylinder was at lower temperature than that entering a simple engine, hence the temperature difference between it and the exhaust steam was reduced. Just a reminder that Jonathan Hornblower, as we have said, was Giovanni Branca back in 1601 to 1667.

T. J. TODD

We do not seem to have Todd's birth and death dates but, there is a project for you. Ask the question of your integrated consciousness. Run it and ask the dates. In 1885, the uniflow engine was invented, in England, by T. J. Todd, an Englishman. It was developed to a peak of perfection later on. It uses better valve mechanisms to improve the performance. Its unusual feature is its method of exhausting the steam through open holes or ports in the center of the cylinder. These are opened and closed by the so-called, trunk type of piston, itself acting as a valve. The cooler exhaust steam flows out of these ports while the admitting end of the cylinder and entrance passages stay at relatively high temperature. The steam always flows from the hot admitting passages at the ends of the cylinder to the cool center exhaust ports. Hence the name, uniflow. A reminder that Todd was the Marquis of Worcester in his next previous lifetime where he first evolved the idea of uniflow. 12. PROFESSOR J. STRUMP

Strump was a German. Todd's principle was developed to a peak of perfection in Germany in 1908 by the good professor. We have described its process above which is as it was and furthered by Strump. Incidentally, the steam engine, which formerly supplied most of the power needs of the world, has now largely been replaced by other power sources, generously advanced and metered out to us by the Karma board. These other sources would provide interesting projects for you integrated people to search the planetary records and ask questions about the introduction of electricity, television and the principle of the helicopter, for three. A new series of books, "Conversations with Ama", coming out soon includes the whole true history of Thomas Edison, his experiences on the planet Yama and his activity during the Atlantis civilization. Back to our story; the centralized generation of power using steam turbine generators units with their relatively low space and weight requirements and with the high efficiencies available now in the larger units, provides power to the user in ever increasing amounts. Large industrial plants can generate their own power more effectively with steam turbines. In the field of small power demand, the steam engine has been largely supplanted by the more compact and more efficient internal combustion engine plant. However, the steam engine is more efficient in small sizes than the steam turbine. Where an abundant supply of steam is required for other purposes, so that the cost of steam is low, as in the process industries or where ample quantities of exhaust

steam are available, economics may dictate the continued use of steam engines for driving such devices as compressors and pumps. Consequently, the steam engine will continue to occupy its diminished role as a power source, for an indeterminate period into the future, on this planet. However, take a look ahead and see the kinds of propellant power that is available and will be introduced to this planet. Check with your upper plane consciousnesses and see what they have in store for you. Why? Because it all starts up there first. In summary then, of the lifetimes of these twelve gentlemen, all engineers, mechanics, inventors, technicians, we find that twelve lifetimes have been produced by six individual spirit consciousnesses. One of them appearing in three different lifetimes, Hero, Watt and Strump. Four of them having two lifetimes; Della Porta and Papin; De Caus and Newcomen; Branca and Hornblower; Somerset and Todd. The loner is Thomas Savery who did his bit on the pyramids and probably was coasting a little.
