The CC3 is a self contained warning unit offering incredibly bright light output whilst maintaining a low profile housing. Constructed from UV stable materials with a machined aluminium enclosure it is sure to last in the harshest of environments. The MEGA-FLASH LED CIRCULAR CLUSTER has been primarily developed for vehicle warning where finding space and a flat surface to fit is proving a challenge. The LED CLUSTER has a variety of functions, all of which are useful for a number of applications. The EM315 has an inbuilt flasher circuit which provides an alternating or synchronised flash pattern (when synchronised with other MEGA-FLASH LED CLUSTER modules). There is also the ability to permanently illuminate the module, providing a constant light output in the colour of the lamp. This is extremely useful when a spot or floodlight effect is required and is becoming widely used as spot lamp / alley light applications. Made of an anodised aluminium housing, the heat generated (when 'permanently on') is precision controlled providing a long lasting light source / warning system. This product really has to been seen to appreciate the brightness.

LED Traffic Director

The MEGA-FLASH traffic director offers excellent multi-use warning. It can function as a traffic director, but also includes the facility to operate in normal warning mode, synchronising with every other compatible MEGA-FLASH product. It can either be produced as pictured above as a separate unit (TD-XXEXT), or be incorporated into your choice of lightbar (TD-XX-INT). Normally produced in amber, the traffic director is an effective way of signalling to other drivers the direction in which they can pass safely. Other colours are available free of charge. The traffic director comes with the MEGA-FLASH standard five warning patterns of quad, triple, double, single and mega flash as well as arrow functions for left, right and centre out. When integrated into a lightbar it can be set to function as part of the lightbar, or separately as required. The traffic director is controllable either by the traffic director control panel, or by your own choice of switch panel. You should contact us regarding the way the traffic director is controlled to ensure it is compatible with your switching method.

Should you wish to integrate the traffic director into the lightbar, you can use the free space in the middle of the lightbar. If selecting a 3500 series lightbar, or any 5000/5250/5500 you are advised to contact us before ordering to confirm the price. The LED dash light comes as standard with 3 suction cups and a flash back shield. You can then choose either hard wired or temporary connection options. There are five variances of beacon available in this shell, all use 3 watt OSRAM LEDs with a Fresnel lens for optimum light output. Although a limited selection of colours is shown, all beacons are available in any of the five standard colours for the same price. Coloured or clear lenses can be specified, except for multicolour beacons which cannot be coloured lenses. These beacons will synchronise with each other and other MEGA-FLASH products. Magnetic mounts are supplied as standard with a 3 metre cable with power and pattern select switch. Choose from one of five flash patterns.

The LED scene light has been redeveloped recently and now is housed in the same package as the SC18. It has 18x 1 watt LEDs and with an incredibly low current draw it means the engine does not have to remain running. Low current also means smaller cheaper wiring can be used. It is ideal for the side of ambulances, police vans and fire appliances. The advantage of LED is that it uses so little current compared to its halogen equivalent and downtime is prevented as there are no lamps to change. LED Visor light

The LED visor light has been designed to provide a covert warning signal which is completely invisible to the public until it is deployed. Neatly fixed to the passenger side visor with the velcro straps, the light head measures only 23mm deep. It contains 18 x three watt OSRAM LEDs for maximum brightness. We are confident there is no visor light available at the moment to rival this in brightness. Off axis performance is excellent due to the linear wide angle optics used in combination with the high power LEDs.

LED Hideaway kit

The LED hideaways are designed to fit into existing lights on the vehicle to provide a hidden warning signal or can be used where there is no available space to fit a surface mount head. Incorporating 12 OSRAM LEDs into each epoxy sealed enclosure these heads are designed for long service life. Supplied with a flasher unit which will synchronise with the rest of the product range they are easily integrated into an existing setup. Currently available in single colour, there will soon be a version capable of providing two colours from a single unit. Contact us for more details. Product is supplied as a pair of heads with 3m cable and an external flasher unit which should be placed in a dry location in the vehicle.

Prewired switch panel

We are able to supply pre-wired surface mount switch panels. They come as standard with protective silicone covers, however these do not have to be used. Switches are backlit when on and are available in red, white, blue, green and amber. They are also available in momentary and latching to suit your requirements. Legends or text are supplied customised for your requirements free of charge. The maximum current is 5A per switch at 12V and 8A at 24V. This is enough to cope with our largest LED lightbars but when using a siren or headlight flashers a small relay will be required which we can supply for a small charge. Please note these switches are only backlit when turned on. A backlighting charge of 15 per switch is made if this function is required.

Runlock (keyless engine running)

The Function of the Runlock is to leave the vehicle engine running with the ignition keys removed and the vehicle locked. This is carried out by wiring into the control unit the amount of safety levels required, such as Ignition switch, Handbrake and Blue light, with option for one other if required such as the Accelerator. Once the desired levels have been connected, and operated, the illuminated push switch will flash. This means the system is now ready for setting if required. By pressing the illuminated switch this will set the system, the lamp will now show a constant signal. The ignition keys can now be removed and the vehicle locked, this leaves the engine running and giving a charge to the battery. If the vehicle is entered unlawfully for the purpose of theft, once any of the inputs have been triggered, (say the handbrake) this will cut the engine and will not restart without the ignition key. The system is fail safe and should a problem arise this would not inhibit the use of the vehicle. A dual output has been provided, one to feed the ignition circuit and the other to feed the ancillary equipment. (NOTE: THE CURRENT DRAWN MUST NOT EXCEED 18 amps, as this will damage the unit.) One extra output has been provided to disconnect the starter circuit whilst the system is set.
