I.SCOPE : This specification covers the supply of High Voltage Construction Kit, suitable for perform quick and accurate AC dielectric tests and DC Tests of vacuum interrupters, breakers, switchgear, and other apparatus , available for tests at substation or in factory. II. STANDARD OF MANUFACTURE AND TEST : The equipment shall conform to the latest edition of the appropriate IEC specification or other recognized international standards. III. DESCRIPTION : 1. Function of equipment : High Voltage Construction Kit is a system of components for application in high voltage technology. All components have the same length and mechanical interconnections. They can be combined to form a test configuration and are extremely versatile. Test configurations are available which allow the generation of AC voltages up to 300 kV, DC voltages up to 560 kV and impulse voltages up to 560 kV. High voltage Construction Kit is used for routine and type tests on electrical equipment. 2. Technical specification of High voltage Construction Kit : Design of the high voltage kit follows major factors : A clear structure is required to ensure that the assembled circuits can be easily checked Rapid set up of the circuit in order to have as much time for active experiments as possible Lightest possible weight of individual components. This allows circuits to be built up by one person only, without danger. - Technical description, data sheet, catalogues and other material submitted with the quotation must enable the Purchaser to thoroughly evaluate the proposals as to its compliance with the inquiry specification. - Minimum requirements : + Detail summary of deviations to the inquiry specification. + Completed inquiry datasheet expressed at section V. + Catalogues containing outline dimension, technical data + List of main equipment and completed accessories which can perform all function described in section III have the following requirements : . Individual cost of main equipment and each accessory . Total cost of main equipment and completed accessory . Manufactures code of main equipment and each accessory + Connection diagram. + Certificate of quality management.

1. Documents required to be provide for commission : In order to ensure the quality of supplied goods, in case of bid winning, the Tenderer shall supply the following documents for the Purchaser : - Manufacturers Certificate of Quality. - Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of the manufacturing country. - Certificate of calibration of equipment approved by an independent lawful organization. 2. Documents required to be provide in accompany with supplied products : The Supplier shall enclose the following documents for supplied products : - 01 catalog - 01 instruction manual of installation, operation and maintenance. VI. REQUIREMENT OF INSTALLATION AND INSTRUCTION FOR USE :

The Supplier shall ensure to supply the following service : - Installation the equipment completely. - Instruction to Purchasers staff how to use this equipment on site. - Trial run this equipment.
