MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Sizer 3 made available by replacing damaged Fluid Coupling and Motor. Belt jointing work of conv. C-4A done. Screen 8 and BF - 8 made available by placing V-Belt and Skirt plate respectively. RSC 1 made available by installing Gear Box and HS coupling. High vibration problem in Lig. IMP 1 & 2 attended. Damaged Flat Belt of Lig. IMP 2 replaced by new one. Belt jointing work of conv. CBF - 3 done. Modification done in Skirt Board of conv. CBF - 2. Lime ILMS 2 taken in service. Damaged motor bearing of RSC 1 and BF-2 changed. Missing list of both lime & lignite ckt. attended.

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Apron Feeder damaged Chain Link and Pin replaced (on 16th & 26th Apr.). Belt jointing work of Shuttle Conv. 2 done. Belt jointing work of Conv. CBF-2 done. Beater Head of Lig. IMP-1 replaced completely. Fluid Coupling and Motor of Sizer-3 shifted to Lig. Sizer-1. Modification done in damaged feed chute of CBF-2/3. Burnt cable (78 Mtr of CCRD & 31 Mtr of PCRD) removed. Lig. Ckt. All conv. & houses lighting replacement work completed. Belt Weigher of Conv. C-4A/B taken into service. All motor greasing work done. UBF-3,4,7 motor overhauling done.

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Flat belt of Lig. IMP-02 replaced with new one. Gear Box of Shuttle Conveyor (RSC-01) replaced with new one. 10 mm plate removed from both side of SZ-03 to minimize the gap. Damaged skirt pad of Conv. CBF-2, CBF-3, C-1A, C-1B replaced. All damaged Beater heads of Lig. IMP-02 replaced. Conv. C-3A and BF-4 Belt jointing work completed. ILMS-5&6 V-Belt replaced. BF-2 motor is made OK by replacing damaged bearings. Low CPU batteries of PLC panel are replaced.

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Gear & Pinion of Lig. Apron Feeder taken out and placed in reverse direction as 50% (Approx.) teeth were found damaged. Boom Conv. belt (Full Length) replaced. 5 Nos damaged Pin of Lig. Apron Feeder replaced (3 Nos on 14th Jan & 2 Nos on 25th Jan).

Conv- 1A & 1B, Belt Weigher Parameter Setting done properly. LG MCC Panel all system motor O/L Setting done 90%. Alignment Checking Done for l Gear Coupling OF Zone -1 & 2 .

Oil Leakage from LG Sizer -1 rectified by MMD Service Engg. Oil changed for spur gear of LG SZ-1 4 Nos damaged chain link of LG AF replaced. Bearing Clearance taken for Conv- 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B Gear Box Oil change for Conv- 4A, 5A Damaged Pin replaced in Traveling Tripper -1 Gear Box oil changed Belt Feeder 1 to 11 & CR-1

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP LG- ILMS -1 Pulley guard for belt got damaged due to this belt was not running at center by welding of guard it has rectified, now belt is running at centre Screen House Hooper -1 got chocked; it has cleaned after cleaning no chocking occurs. LG- SR-1 Conveyor, belt joint opened, re joint of belt has completed. LG- Apron Feeder, one no chain link pin got sheared, it has rectified by replacing new pin, work completed. FG-2, Actuator shaft got jammed, while checking it was found that bearing has damaged. It ha rectified by replacing new bearing.

LG- CBF-1 Conv. Belt got damaged, while checking it was found that metal piece is coming through dump hopper that reason for belt damaged. It has attended by replacing new belt completely.

LG- IMP-2 one no hammer was broken, after observation it was found that one no beater head got damaged, it has replace by new one work completed. LG- IMP-1 grinding grip gap has adjusted. Boom Conv. Belt joint opened, it has attended and patching of belt now it is in service. FG -2 motor with Open winding is replaced by new motor Low IR value of TP-3 hooter is improved by replacing 15 mtr defective cable W/B-2 is made available for operation by shifting the hard disk of W/B -2 in CPU of W/B-5. CBF-1 Cov- 1A, 1B, Beltweigher reading are made proper by parameter setting.

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Oil from Gear Box & Spur Gear of Sizer 2&3 replaced. Oil from Gear Box of UFF 1&2 replaced. 02 Nos damaged beater head from Lig. Imp -2 replaced on 07-11-2007. Motor and Fluid Coupling of Lig. Sizer -1 replaced with that of Sizer - 3. Patching up of belt of ILMS 3 and Boom Conveyor.

Lig. Imp 1 gap setting work done as CR-1 was tripping on overload. Damaged Lig. Dribble Conveyor chain re-erection work done. V-Belt of Screen 8 shifted to Screen -6. Abnormal sound from BF-2 coupling was checked and rectified. Damaged Pulley of ILMS 6 replaced with Lime ILMS 2 pulley. Gear Oil of TT-2 changed.

MAJOR WORK DONE IN MHP Patching up of belt of C 3A and Boom Conveyor. Lig. IMP 1 direction of rotation changed. Lig. Apron Feeder 1 No. chain link & pin replaced. Motor and Fluid Coupling of Lig. Sizer -3 erected. Damaged chain of Lig. TT 1 replaced with that of Lime TT - 1.

V-Belt of Screen 7 shifted to Screen - 2. Rexroth Service Engg. visited site to rectify the problem in Bucket Wheel chute. Service Engg. of M/s Sartorious visited site to rectify the defect in Weigh Bridge. He put 4 No. WB in operation and suggested to send 2 No. WBs CPU to Bhuj for repair. Service Engg. of M/s EIPL visited site for Bunker Level Indicator but left the site without rectifying the defect. Emergency Push Button of Lig. AF, DC, SZ-1 taken in line by joining 5 Nos burnt cables from RIO-1 to CJB-1. Rectification of communication of CI854 Module and Bus fault of DX502 Module of RIO-2 Panel. SR Boom Conv. Belt Weigher taken in line. MCC hooter motor taken in line. ILMS-4 damaged filter card replaced and taken on line.
