Human Resources Analyst Collective Brands Essential Functions: Support selection human HR development of competency based interview guides and validation/administration of selection instruments Guide individual development human HR administration of Performance Management, 360 feedback, Talent Review, and Individual Development Planning processes Support internal departments with effectiveness initiatives Provide workforce analytics for internal partners Administer stock grants and provide stock plan reporting and analysis Co-lead the merit/AIP process to efficiently deliver merit and incentives to eligible associates Partner with team members to ensure timely and accurate survey completion, quality job matching, and efficient market pricing Manage the updating of the Benefits Guidebooks, website, and corporate and DC new hire presentations and benefit summaries Manage the SPD (Summary Plan Description) project human resources coordination with Legal, Benefits Administration, and vendors' regulatory contacts to finalize SPDs; track legislation, vendor changes, and items that impact SPD language Communication: Manage and execute the planning, development, distribution and delivery of a broad range of communications targeted specifically to the Field and Store Associates Collaborate with internal departments to support their initiatives and represent them to our Field partners Develop, edit and write communication materials which provide our Field Associates the knowledge they need to more effectively meet or exceed our Customers expectations. Human Resources Rotational Development Program Edward Jones Job Description: Are you interested in a career with an established and growing firm that puts your communication and leadership skills to work? The Edward Jones 12-month Rotational Development Program gives you an exciting and unique opportunity to cross-train in various areas of the Edward Jones Human Resources Division. The opportunity will allow you to network internally and develop a broad knowledge of the firms human resources function so that you are fully prepared when you begin your permanent full-time position. Over the year, multiple leaders and mentors will work with you providing valuable support and feedback. You will have the opportunity to gain insight on how our function supports both our home office and field associates in maximizing their contributions, as well as our approach toward associate and leader development, conflict resolution, compensation practices, aligning with business needs and other HR strategies and practices. At the end of the program, you will join our Learning and Development team and work with associates and leaders to support their continuous development at Edward Jones. More on the HR Division: Delivery Provides HR leadership and support to the business to help achieve the firm's 5-year plan objectives. The Delivery team acts as HR consultants to help the firm attract, develop and retain the best talent and ensure quality and consistency of HR service across the firm. They also work with leaders to resolve issues and manage risk to the firm. Inclusion Partners with the business to create and support an inclusive work environment where all associates can maximize their contributions and serve the diverse needs of our clients. Programs Responsible for the strategies and systems related to associate benefits, compensation, and records management. Talent Management Works to understand and fill the firm's talent needs. Areas include recruiting, organization effectiveness and learning & development. These areas are responsible for providing solutions to help best attract, develop and retain talent for the firm. Qualifications: Students in their senior year are eligible to apply for the position. We look for majors such as Human Resources, Business, Communications, Education, and Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates should be highly motivated and have excellent service, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Relevant experience, leadership or participation in student organizations is a plus.
