Check Criteria (Total 5 categories 40 items, 100 Scores) Installation environment (5 scores). The door,feeder window of shelter and cable-through holes are sealed reliably. Neatness and sundries including in the cabinet(no dust on the cabinet felt by hand,no sundries). RRU,DLPB,equipment,cabling,grounding (55 scores). All kinds of engineering tools for the project verify. New antenna should be mounted firmly as per design drawing and engineering specification. The brackets of RRUs on the tower mounted reliably and fully with flat washer,spring washer and twin nuts orderly according to engineering design drawing. The RRUs,DLPBs on the tower mounted and grounded reliably with flat washer,spring washer orderly. Both end of jumper connected to RRU and antenna or arrestor should be wrapped tightly with insulating tape and waterproof adhesive tape as per related engineering specification.

The jumper keeps more than 300mm straight from the joint between the jumper and antenna or RRU Observe.each error is 1 score. firstly,then the jumper can be bended and tied. The DC cable of DLPB should be grounded in position as per drawing,the grounding clamp should be wrapped tightly with insulating tape. The optical fiber and DC cable on the ladder shall be tied evenly and reliably in the same direction. Ancient equipment( BTS,Power,Battery,MW,MISU,etc.),shelter and AC shall be dismantled with intactness as per design drawing.including expansion bolts on the ground. Each rack of equipment(SDR,Power,Battery,MW,etc.) shall be installed firmly and reliably in position Observe.each error is 1 score. as per related engineering specification and design drawings. The front of racks in the same row shall be in the same straight line, with the error less than 5 mm. vertical deviation of the cabinets shall not exceed 1 of the rack height. Each rack of equipment(SDR,Power,Battery,MW,etc.) must be connected reliably to grounding bar with proper grounding cable . The cable connector in the cabinet fixing reliably (especially feeder jumper). The insulation protection of the wiring post on battery cell,all screws must be fastened by wrench. The copper lugs used shall be in compliance with the core diameter and the bolt diameter.the copper Observe.each error is 0.5 score. lugs shall be firmly connected. The copper terminal of cable is put up with a heat-shrink tube or wrapped with at least two layers of adhesive insulating tape. Observe.each error is 0.5 score.

Check Criteria (Total 5 categories 40 items, 100 Scores) The wiring is neat and uniform,cable outside of the cabinet is permitted to cross within 1m without winding and twisting. The power/grounding cable can not be damaged and jointed in between. The standing wave ratio is smaller than 1.3. Labels and assembly (21 scores). The labels in the cabinet are printed and should use ZTE dedicated pasters, with smooth surface. Power cables, grounding cables, E1 cables are labeled at both ends.these labels are pasted and marked neatly in the same position closely to 20mm away from the cable end. The cables in the cabinet shall be tied tidily and be either level or vertical. The cable ties shall be bundled in moderate strength in consistent direction and even interval. The redundant ties cut smoothly without burr. the white ties used indoor and black tie used outdoor. The accessories like baffle plates, skirt plates and idle board of cabinet installed properly. The monitor equipment(the temperature and humidity sensors,the smoke sensor,the infra-red sensor,socket) and PVC channel is fixed firmly. The racks and cabinets can not be seriously damaged or deformed or scratches/paint fall-off. Cable ladders and their supports installed firmly and grounded reliably.

Outdoor cables on equipment pad have G.I flexible pipe and clamps with proper distance of 200mm. Observe.each material is 0.5 score. The redundant materials return to warehouse(power cables,grounding cables,feeders,PVC channel,shelter,AC,etc). Civil work and sunshade installation(15 scores). Excavation in soft soil,back filling and compaction with excavated material in layers of 200mm as per Observe.each error is 1 score. drawing & specs. Concrete mix ratio,strength,smooth surface of sunshade pad verify as per design drawing. Column of sunshade is fixed upright and grounded reliably as per design drawing. Concrete compressive strength test results and steel test results from ZTE approved Lab Installation the busbar in position and connection all grounding cables as per drawing & specs. Laying 4 core 16/25 sq mm power cable and duct(Make Pakistan Cables) from electric meter to ACDB & power DB as per ZTE requirement and specs, including all accessories . Notes:1.Using the same engineering quality checklist and design drawing,first the sub con self check,then site engineeer routine check,last QA person spot check. 2.Once SDR is in "Cutover" status in a week,sub con must submit engineering quality checklist and appointed complete pictures to RPM office for audit. 3.If the site quality defects are found,sub con will receive engineering quality improvement notice from ZTE and complete rectification in limited days. 4.If checked scores converted from 100 is less than 90, outsourcing management dept. will execute penalty as per contract at once.
