Introduction and call for manuscript During 3 years of publishing International journal "Advances in Production Engineering & Management" an idea of publishing a scientific book in area, covered by the APEM journal, emerge. It gives opportunity for publishing original extended papers (as one chapter of the book) to scientist and development engineers. The APEM Scientific book titled "Advances in Production Engineering & Management will covers all areas of production engineering and production management, as well as their applications in industry and services. For theoretical papers (chapters of the book), their originality and research contributions are the main factors in the evaluation process. Instructions for authors are the same as by APEM journal. Papers (chapters) should be 10 to 14 pages long. At the moment publishing costs are estimated to 350.- to 400.- Euro/per paper (chapter), covering: review process, English editing, corrections, cover design, camera ready print preparation, printing , postal & shipment costs, one copy of book/paper.
