INTRODUCTION

This program is an activity that can help all students to understand what the concept of recreation and leisure in everday life. In this program, students from the Faculty of Sport Science and Recreation are required to realize a part of the subject SRT 402 (Foundation to Recreation & Leisure) led by Mr. Abdul Rahim b. Mohd Meerah as the lecturer. In addition, SR221 students Bachelor of Sport Management (Honours) Part 3 can also learn how to

manage a recreational activity and better understand the concept of recreation and leisure.

Besides that, students also get a lot of experience through the program. They can learn how to investigate the public in general. Students can use their experience in the future or when they begin to move into the working world. In fact, this program touches on issues that the concepts of learning through experience, courage, confidence and facilities for student to communicate with the public and fellow students. Students are also easy to expose themselves to the outside world if they are involved with this program. In addition, students also can foster cooperation among its own character. Hopefully, students will learn little about recreation and leisure in this program.

RATIONAL

This program is carried out to improve students knowledge of how the actual operation of a recreational park. In addition, this program will also strengthen ties between students, lecturers, staff, support staff and the parties involved. Program undertaken by students SR 221 Bachelor of Sport Management (Honours) part 3 is part of the subject Faculty of Sports Science & Recreation is SRT 402 ( Foundation to Recreation & Leisure) In fact, consistent also with one of the facultys mission si to develop professional in education and sport science, sport management and has the moral values of the Islam. Therefore, by participanting in this program participants can earn a lot of experience and knowledge that can be practiced in daily life when returning from the program later.

Goal

Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation is already known as one of the faculty ever discovered in the public eye UiTM. Program "Leisure and Recreation Academic Tour" is one step for all students and student SR221 get knowledge and good knowledge derived from them can be applied in daily work life in the future

The main Goal of this program is :

1. Meet the learning needs of Foundation Course To Leisure and Recreation (SRT402). 2. Meet the needs of twenty percent (20%) rating in the Foundation Course To Leisure and Recreation (SRT402). 3. Obtaining information from providers and users of recreational parks, whether public or private. 4. Increasing students' knowledge of recreational parks in greater depth

Objective

1. Meet the needs of twenty percent (20%) rating in the Foundation Course To Leisure and Recreation (SRT402). 2. To understand the functions, responsibilities, and the importance of recreation and leisure in the creation of peoples minds approach to recreation, solve problem, how to manage time with recreational, creative and innovative thinking, effective communication and teamwork. 3. To provide early exposure to the students in applying recreation and leisure in the future. 4. Knowing how to deal with the consumer public use in parks in a creative and innovative. 5. To foster relationships with other people in sport activities and sports while the concept of play. 6. To form a plan of creadibility students in recreation and leisure learning through exposure to the real situationof an activity or event.

SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM

Accompanied by students SR221: Bachelor of Sports Management (Honours) Part Three SRT402 course: To Leisure And Recreation Foundation in the Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation, UiTM Shah Alam Malaysia.

Location selection based on the suitability of the activities planned. Activities will also include the activities of gathering information from the providers and consumers in the places listed. DATE AND TIME

CONCLUSION

The recreation and leisure program conducted to encourage the participants more courageous and resilient to build a good team. this program will help the Faculty of Science Sports and Recreation in producing students and undergraduates who have extensive experience in the field of recreation. Wealth of knowledge and experience to be gained by the students and some undergraduates could be poured into the next generation. The program also indirectly strengthen the ties between students, undergraduates and lecturers of Faculty of Sports and Recreation.
