Part 1: Lesson name: Speaking Class (brief description of class and students): Improving oral communication class of 30 students of an EFL country. English level of the lesson: Elementary Level Overall duration of the lesson: 15 minutes Brief description of the lesson: Teacher will give a topic and students will discuss in their groups and one member from each group present about their discussion. Materials and handouts needed: handouts Equipment and technology needed: multimedia Classroom layout and grouping of students: Five groups and six members.

Part 4: Student products (if any): Speaking is the main goal, but this activity also develops students listening skill. Assessment: Briefly describe the assessment you will include in the lesson. Include a copy of assessment tools - rubric for speaking or pronunciation activities, quizzes, tests, etc. This assessment must measure the objectives you listed in Part 2). Part 5: Supplemental activities/extensions or remediation (in case activities are easier or harder than expected): 1. Teacher can change the topic if (s) he thinks the topic easier or harder in the warm up session. 2. Teacher can tell a story. 3. Teacher can play game (vocabulary, word making, story making etc. ) 4. Role play / acting / recitation etc. Technology alternatives (in case things don't work as planned): Technology is needed in this plan. It will use as alternative. Brief description of the lesson: This is a speaking task. Students will build a story through pictures. Firstly they will watch the pictures carefully. Then they will try to interpret in their mind. Finally they will generate the ideas through group discussions and they will present about the topic. Teacher will give feedback to the students at the end.
