"The Tribune has asked me to respond to a statement that Reverend C.B. Moss delivered earlier
today at a press conference. At first, because of my suspicion about The Tribunes motive, I took the position that I should say nothing. This was particularly as Reverend Moss was not addressing anything that related to THE CLIFTON HERITAGE and the fact that LOUIS BACON was trying and continues to try torewrite the history of the struggle that led to the saving of Clifton. Reverend Moss statement neglected to address the fact that Bacon was using his billion-dollar fortune to buy support in an attempt to control and own the Bay and the Land of Cliftonfor his selfish, separatist and racist purposes. On second thoughts, however, I saw this as an illuminating and edifying and teaching moment to show that Bacons reach is far and wide. Had Bacon not surfaced as the Chief Promoter, Owner, CEO, CFO and Facilitator of the so-called Coalition to Protect Clifton Bay, the general public might be more susceptible to the belligerence and tenacity of his Coalition's full throttle attackagainst Mr. Peter Nygard,notwithstanding the existence of the sub-judicerule against making public utterances of opinion on live issues before the Court. As such, and the fact that Mr. Nygard is my Client in non-related Clifton Heritage issues, I say no more on the matters related to that Supreme Court Action concerning accretion. It is suffice to say, since it is general news and universal information that Bacon is locked in a tenacious and bitter conflict in the Courts of The Bahamas with Mr. Nygard, no right-thinking person would be swayed into believing or accepting any position put forward by Bacons Coalition. It is clear to see from their website and the commentary of their spokespersons, that the Coalition is like a wolf in sheeps clothing, designed for three reasons: (1)to attack Mr. Nygard by trying to pressure the Prime Minister to disregard the Rule of Law; (2) to take some of the coastal land areas of the Clifton Heritage which is located directly opposite Bacons $50 Million sprawling palatial enclave and mansion to the south; (3) to keep Bahamians from using the

land, bay and sea of Clifton. Bacons Coalition is a thinly shrouded campaign supposedly designed to save Clifton Bay.(Further comments on this to come in a later post - standby). This position would be my case, whether such comments or views emanated from Bacon's new found friends and allies, or his old long-time hangers-on whom one would suspect are lining up daily at the Bacons Soup Kitchen to get one of the socalled financial grants that Bacons Coalition has publically advertised would only be given to those who publicly support the warped racist ideology of his Coalition, lock stock and barrel. With this in mind, I would say that while Reverend Moss may be quite genuine in his comments, although scientifically and factually misinformed and therefore wrong, I would have thought that he would have waited until the current atmosphere became sanitized and the mask and veil lifted from the faces of Bacons Coalition before he would make such comments. Reverend Moss coming out, invites the public to recall that several years ago, he allowed himself to become embroiled in a controversy related to a gifted high-end Mercedes Benz luxury vehicle received by himin the heat of the struggle to save Clifton. Whether Reverend Moss realizes it or not, to have made his comments in this current atmosphere and considering that he has chosen Bacons side, he has again opened himself up to what may be unwarranted and unjustified scrutiny, and a call for full and frank disclosure."
