Sub: Remittance of IV semester(2011 Adm) fee-reg Ref: 1.U O No CUGSE/1/118/97 dated 09-07-1999 2. U O No AcA1/2035/2005 dated 02-01-2006 & 10-07-2006 3. U O No AcA1/CAT /2009 dated 29.01.2009 4. U O No AcA1/CAT /2009 dated 15.10.2010 5. U O No AcA1/CAT /2009 dated 31.01.2011 Students of IV semester B.Tech course are hereby informed that the dates of remittance of semester fee are as follows. 1. 2. The last date of remittance of fee without fine The last date of remittance of fee with a fine of Rs 10/-(Rupees Ten only)per day : 24/12/2012 : 07/01/2013

Defaulters even after 07/01/2013 should remit Rs 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred and fifty only)towards readmission fee in addition to the late fee of Rs 100/-(Rupees one hundred only).The names of students who are defaulters will be removed from the rolls w.e.f 24/01/2013 and they will not be eligible for attendance till the date of remittance of fee. Students are directed to remit the fee at S.B.I CUSAT Branch in the prescribed chalan form which can be had from the bank counter. Demand drafts from students other than those who have availed of bank loan will not be accepted. Demand Draft should be taken in favour of the Principal, SOE and should be remitted at the bank counter. 4.
