Eliminate Blanks How can I to eliminate all but one blank before each state name in the Vendor column ? (without doing it one by one) 1. Use SUBSTITUTE if you want the comma =SUBSTITUTE(C2," ",", ",1) 2. Use trip if you want to eliminate multiple spaces =TRIM(C2)

Copy as Picture How do I copy/paste the attached Excel 2007 document into PowerPoint 2007 without losing the formatting? I have had limited success.

Select the section or region you want to copy With Excel 2003 hold the shift down Click the Edit menu You willl see "copy as picture" Go PPT and paste With Excel 2007-10 hold the shift Click on the Copy icon and it will say "Copy as picture" Copy and paste to PPT
