Bluehouse Capital je osnovan 2004. godine, te upravlja investicijskim fondovima rizinog kapitala za ulaganja u nekretnine na podruju srednje i istone Europe. Bluehouse Capital trenutno upravlja portfeljem koji se sastoji od tri investicijska fonda, a sadri imovinu vrijednu preko EUR 900 milijuna. Investicijama upravlja u ime visokokvalitetne baze ulagaa koja ukljuuje financijske institucije, mirovinske fondove, zaklade, obiteljske urede i multi-manager fondove iz Europe i SAD-a.
Tvrtka ima urede u Grkoj, Bugarskoj, Hrvatskoj, Rumunjskoj i Srbiji, te zapoljava 33 strunjaka koji pokrivaju sve aspekte poslovanja u investicjama u nekretnine. Od osnivanja, tvrtka Bluehouse Capital je izvrila 24 investicije kojima je kupila 32 nekretnine, te je izvrila 6 djelominih ili potpunih izlazaka iz investicija.

Founded in 2004, Bluehouse Capital is a private equity real estate investment management firm focused on Emerging Europe. Bluehouse Capital currently manages a portfolio worth over EUR 900 mln through three real estate funds, investing on behalf of a high-quality institutional investor base, comprised of a number of financial institutions, foundations and endowments, pension funds, multi-manager funds, and family offices, from both Europe and the US. The company operates through its offices in Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Serbia, employing 33 professionals covering all aspects of real estate investments. Since its inception, Bluehouse Capital has invested in 24 transactions for the acquisition of 32 properties and has completed 6 full or partial exits.

Sonae Sierra je meunarodna tvrtka specijalizirana za razvoj i poslovanje trgovakih centara, poznata po svom inovativnom pristupu u toj industriji.
