Originalno proelje od bijelog perforiranog materijala daje graevini osobnost koja e obiljeiti ovu gradsku etvrt, dok su unutarnji zajedniki prostori preplavljeni prirodnom svjetlou koja dolazi s dramatine stropne strukture to pokriva golem sredinji prolaz koji gotovo postaje produetak glavne ulice stvarajui dojam da posjetitelji zapravo i kupuju u glavnoj ulici.

MODERN AND SUSTAINABLE URBAN ARCHITECTURE


A unique shopping and leisure experience inside a breathtaking building The project has been designed by some of Europes best specialists in shopping centers, according to state of the art sustainability standards, with the aim of creating a memorable building with the lowest possible impact to the environment. The original faade, made of white perforated material provides the building with character, becoming an icon in its neighbourhood, whilst the internal common areas burst natural light, coming through a dramatic skylight structure, which covers a huge central void that becomes almost the prolongation of the main street, creating the impression that clients are actually shopping at the main street.
