SENIOR MANAGER OPERATIONS & QUALITY CONTROL Managed daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, efficiency tracking, inventory management, quality control, and meeting facilitation. Scheduled chemical tankers and railcars to make batches of chemical binders used in daily operations. Verified inventory levels for scrap, raw materials, chemicals, and housekeeping supplies. Monitored operations to ensure merchandise was correctly scanned, sorted, and repacked into correct warehouse locations. Led research team to identify discrepancies in received merchandise. Provided oversight and direction for 150 employees through management team of two line leads.
