Define the project, set the goal and organize the team work. 2. Apply and select appropriate scheduling techniques in managing project. project 3. Apply knowledge in project management to produce a project proposal. proposal 4. To revise/ change plans and shifts resources to meet time and cost demand. Synopsis The subject presents principles of project organization. Three main phases of the management of large projects (planning, scheduling and controlling) would be introduced. The project management tools such as Gantt chart, CPM and Pert would be explained and be applied in several cases of study Assessment Methods and Types
