The company is the vendor of Mobilink (Orascom Telecom Company), which is the largest Telecom Operator in Pakistan Responsibilities: To Plan, Administrate, Supervise and Maintain Quality Control For Construction of GSM sites, from scratch to finish, including Site Acquisition, Drawing Evaluation, Site Layout, Excavation, RCC Foundations, RCC Columns, Backfilling, Compaction, Installation of Steel Towers as high as 90 M, Construction of Equipment & Generators Rooms, Electrical and Earthing Works. To Deal and coordinate with clients and consultants for the progress, construction and erection of different GSM Towers on technical grounds i.e. according to the design and specifications. To plan, administrate, supervise and quality control of construction and erection of Mobilink GSM Towers of different sizes and heights from site surveys to the RFIs (Ready for Installation) including all civil works. Scope: Supervision & Quality Assurance of construction of 400 houses including their utilities & roads within the housing schemes. Duties also include project scheduling, presentations, billing and estimations. The objective is to implement the quality standard required for the project, review construction drawings and evaluate if it is conforming to the standards, be proactive prior to the execution of work, implement a quality system in the progressive and safety aspects of the construction. Responsibilities: To conduct site visit to endure the quality of work done against the design. The assessment included the quantity and estimating the cost of work. Primary responsibility is to supervise and execute the activities of work from quality, safety awareness, and progress and carry out the construction during implementation stage.
