Induction, Training & Development

 Ensure induction of new joinees on day zero along with Induction training.

 Design and Delivery of Soft Skills programs like Team Building, Conflict
Management & Collaboration, Leadership Development, Succession Planning,

 Conducted internal Employee Satisfaction Survey and coordinating external
Employee Satisfaction Surveys with out side free agencies.

 Responsible for lateral and entry level recruitment for HO/ Branches upto Middle

the campuses for better slot & handled end-to-end selection process of students
for final placements.
