    Walton International Group divides land into shares and sells to foreign investors for millions October 2007 Walton International Group, via an Ontario numbered company, purchased 88.44 acres of farm land in County of Brant, Ontario, for $1.57 million. In March 2009 it had allegedly 'sold' shares of interest in this property to investor, including those offshore in Singapore and Hong Kong, for a total of $6.25 million. The total shares were implied to be 663, at a possible cost of $10,000 each. As an aside, one purchaser of a single $10,000 share of this land was Maynard Fenny, who may be the Group Manager, Elite Club, of Walton International Group. She is shown on Lusi Lim's website, where she states, "Earning $30k a month was almost a mission impossible. Sponsoring my whole family for a Europe holiday was just a dream too far. Owning several condominiums was simply just a daydream. Many people live in that illusion. But my illusion became a reality when I met Lusi. She has changed my life. She did not just tell me how to get there. She showed me the way and brought me there." Lusi Lim is shown as "Division Manager at Walton International Group" All information shown is not verified.
