We are extremely proud to have direct factory access to Mascot. They are one of Taiwan's premium wireless mic brands and famous for manufacturing product for the world's best brands. The RS80N uses UHF for far better transmission distances than cheap VHF models. It also features antenna diversity for range, squelch control for reduced feedback and mic or line level output for loads of versatility. The lapel units feature the 3.5mm mic connector, made famous by Sennheiser. You can add a matching head piece at little extra cost. The "N" in the code stands for "new frequency" in-line with new government regulations. NEW SINGLE CHANNEL [UHF101] The UHF101 features a full metal design, powerful diversity antennas, LCD display and 16 selectable channels. A handy dial on the front allows you to adjust the minimum and maximum working range. MULTICHANNEL [UHF401] The UHF401 comes standard with the antennas, enclosure and 2 UHF modules, however it can be readily expandable to a total of 16 channels! You can also add lapels or handheld mics for each channel. The handheld mics can also be identified via the distinctive coloured end pieces blue, yellow, orange or green are available. ULTRA PORTABLE [PM55] The in-built 27W lithium battery allows for a huge 5 hours of thumping music or 7 hours of talking. The particular form takes advantage of the horn speaker efficiency, while delivering more clarity thanks to the high quality coaxial speaker. We were shocked that such a small unit can deliver such huge sound. Comes standard with a smart carry case that has large pockets to hold all the accessories and is even designed so that the PM55 can be used while housed in it. Based on the quality and huge range of applications, we are carrying the wired (PM55B) and UHF wireless (PM55UHF) versions. Both versions feature an integrated wireless module with the difference beingthe PM55B comes with a wired mic, whereas the PM55UHF comes with the UH101 wireless microphone. The PM55B can easily be converted to wireless with the addition of the UH101. PORTABLE PA [DOS12] DOS12 is rated at a poultry 40 watts, yet it delivers 108dB at 1m, making it suitable for even large halls or venues. The sound is delivered from a 2-way, 8" speaker. It comes standard with DVD, CD, USB and MP3 so all PC and traditional music sources are covered. The board mixer can then combine the wired mic with the audio. If you'd like to use wireless mics, just slot in up to 2 UM401 wireless receivers. For wireless sources including tablets (iPads) or smart phones (incl. iPhones): We have intentionally made this unit easy to expand upon. The AUX inputs can be used with a BMR3X Bluetooth stereo receiver. Just pair the BMR3X with your phone and you're good to go. 1. FEEDBACK Feedback is normally caused by the mic facing the active speakers, the noise can be loud and irritating; but can also be minimised.

With a wireless system, the presenter will be walking, so try to get the active speakers facing away from the presenter at the front of the stage. The wireless receivers on this page feature squelch control. Higher squelch means less feedback and lower range. We only recommend UHF wireless receivers, as they have much better range than VHF. The type of mic is also important. A very omnidirectional mic will be versatile, but pick up noise from all angles. You want a happy compromise. 2. INTERFERENCE Before a presentation, be aware of frequencies. For multi-channel systems, you might have the choice of channels of 1 to 16. Leave some separation between them (1ch, 4ch, 7ch, 10ch...) and test them beforehand to help avoid any nasty surprises. The same rules of all antennas apply, keep the antenna high. No parallel metal surfaces near the antennas. Try to get it line of sight.

A couple more things are keeping the mic cable away from the transmitter and turning off unnecessary electronics near the receiver. 3. AUDIO LEVEL AND QUALITY If the presenter is using a wireless mic, get them to place it around about one clenched fist from their mouth. Lapel mics can be a little tricky, making preparation all the more important. Placement of the mic is criticalrefer below:
