RESPONSIBILITIES : Presently working in 0.6 MTPA Pellet Plant& 18000 nm3 / hour PGP Plant in M/S shyam Metalics & Energy Ltd. In production (Operation) department as a Control Room Engineer with Shift In-charge (Field). i) Operation of P.G.P. Gas inlet, Outlet, pressure &Temp and Booster Air Blower, AIR, P. Blower, R.C.P. Maintain. ii) Operation of Vapour Drum Pressure & Temp and Belcon as a S.G., BC1, BC2 Gear Box properly Maintain. iii) Operation of N/D plant where required work and cold down PGP. iv) Operation of Fire & Ash maintain and properly bed level maintain. v) Operation of re-circulation pump, Booster, SWP, in maintenance work. v) Operation of Hydraulic Cylinder & counter weight. vi) L.T.C. line cleared and base roller guider operation successfully. vii) Every problem of P.G.P. plant I maintained where they may be scopped. viii) Operation of great ring stool, tie-rod, brick setting & Anchor. viii) As well as coal consumption and gas production where kiln required & coal tar emitting report. ix) SKRIT Ring & ash con (1x2), mixing chamber check maintain. ix) All maintenance work and where P.G.P. plant EXPERIENCE : 1 year experience in the field of LANCO Industries (A.P) 2 yrs experience on Pellet plant of PGP process & maintenance in M/s MSP Steel & Power Ltd., Rayagada.
