NOTE: This problem had not been fixed correctly in v1.0.2. - [Changed] The default setting for the VST Plug-In installation destination has been changed. If you install this version when the microX/X50 Plug-in Editor (old version) is already installed, the host application may become unable to find this file. (For details on the method of searching, refer to the owner's manual of your host application.) -------Changes and revisions in v1.0.3 - [Enhancement] This version supports Windows Vista. NOTE: We confirmed that the microX/X50 Editor (Stand-Alone version) works properly on Windows Vista using a PC with a single processor. Various other minor bugs and functions have also been fixed and/or improved. -------Changes and revisions in v1.0.2 - [Improvement] The Browser section has been improved to make selecting sounds easier. Play the correct note/velocity on the microX/X50 keyboard and press the "ENTER" key on the computer's keyboard. - [Bug Fix] When exporting data from X50 to a .PCG file for use with the KORG TRITON series, the contents of the converted file may have been slightly altered. This has been fixed. - [Bug fix] When the External Control Set Select parameter on the External Control Page of the Global Mode was changed, the parameters of the actual hardware did not change. This has been fixed. - [Bug fix] In the Editor, when the Drum Kit Select parameter on the Drum Kit Page of the Global Mode was changed, the actual hardware did not always change. This has been fixed. - [Bug fix] When using Digidesign Pro Tools LE or Pro Tools M-Powered, changing the Mode and the Page automatically edited the selected sound. This has been fixed. Various other issues and functions have also been fixed and improved. Regarding a confirmed issue: - There is a known issue when using the Plug-In Editor software inside Ableton Live 5 version 5.0.3. Basically, an automatic dump or a manual dump to the actual hardware may fail when the hardware and the computer are connected via a USB 2.0 HUB. This issue can generally be resolved by connecting the hardware directly with the USB port of the computer, without the use of a USB hub. We are continuing to confer with Ableton regarding this issue. - If a sound you edited using the Plug-In Editor is saved in the song data of your host application (i.e., if you did not execute Write and save the sound in the internal memory of the microX/X50), we have found that for some host applications, the saved sound is not completely reproduced by the total recall at the next startup. If this occurs, execute Write from the Utility menu of the Plug-In Editor so that the sound you're editing is saved to internal memory before you save the data in your host application. NOTE: - The microX/X50 Editor/Plug-In Editor doesn't notice the modifications of some operations using the microX/X50 hardware. Please execute "Receive All" from the UTILITY menu of the microX/X50 Editor/Plug-In Editor to load the whole data from the microX/X50 after these operations. - Edit global settings - Following MENU commands; Load Preload Data Change all bank references Write Program
