Looking for a confident, conceptually sound and well communicating User Experience Manager with clarity of vision. Looking for an independent thinker who can research, identify the core of the experience, iterate through prototypes, project manage the execution details, work thru issues and deliver to production. Should be conceptually sound on designing user experience and experienced in mentoring educating/leading the team to higher expertise levels. Ability to work with Senior management, product managers, technology managers closely Looking for someone who enjoys going through the rigor of exercise iterating towards the best user experience Strong knowledge of related disciplines such as information architecture, interaction design and end user research. Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and usability principles. Solid leadership and project management skills; ability to plan, manage, and execute on simultaneous projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative, agency-like environment; must be able to drive project, communicate merits of approach and work effectively with others. Excellent relationship management skills, especially interpersonal, verbal, and written communications. Looking for someone who has worked in product or consumer web companies Strong knowledge and experience creating UX deliverables such as personas, scenarios, use cases, user stories, task flows, flow charts, storyboards, site maps, information architectures, mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces. Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing Sound knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and style guides and jQuery is a must. Should have 7 to 9 years relevant work experience.
