Faculty members are expected to submit their previous semester subject file to Mr. ASK & Mr. RA department library through ISO Coordinator after approval from HOD. Lab handling faculty members are advised to share the lab experiments with concerned lab Assist and both of them to conduct lab session with utmost care in All the faculties teaching the lab exercises. Faculty members are expected to instruct the students to complete the record work All the faculties for previous session in the very next lab session. Even semester Internal tests will be conducted on every month of 4th and the syllabus need to be completed accordingly. Students those who will not inform their leave have to pay a fine Rs 200 at the office before attending the class. Faculty members are expected to give utmost care to visit our college website frequently and give their suggestions and ideas to upgrade the same to Mr. R. Sivasankar . Faculty members are advised to submit the workshop volume which includes registration details, broacher, committee list, and chief guest address and participation feedback. Faculty members and Placement coordinator has to furnish the launch pad training feed back to the HOD immediately at the end of each session. During Saturday days faculty members are asked to identify and invite technical persons and entrepreneurs to share their expertise to our students. Staff members are requested to initiate the printing works for SAMGRAAMA 13

Students project Intra department events

Final year students are expected to do the live projects and follow the prescribed format of Anna university Chennai for presentations during review. Faculty members are expected to identify a suitable title and events to organize the Intra department annual event. Faculty members are advised to instruct the students to have their lunch mess hall and play grounds only, and strictly not inside the class room. During the lunch period lab technicians are instructed to monitor their concerned class rooms. Faculty members are requested to complete their CMS works upto date and ensure Nil pending of their works before leaving the campus every day.
