Created a dynamic model to evaluate fair market value of the merchandising slots on Windows Phone Evaluated the impact of merchandising on App downloads and difference caused by slot positions. Program managed the development of cube for App stores crawler. Analyzed app transaction data (hourly and daily) and identified key patterns, some common cross board and some special for an individual market. Created forecast model to predict daily app transaction volume and revenue for each country where Windows Phone store is available. Worked with adCenter Operations team to streamline the ticket management process and implemented standard work to cut out non-value adding activities, resulting in 6 less headcounts and 65% cycle time reduction. Worked with a Windows test team to optimize the test cases and improved productivity by 120%. The team detected 3X more bugs for Windows 8 than for Windows 7 with same people and same machines. The % of bugs found by the team out of total bugs increased from 2.6% to 5.8%. Worked with an MS Digital Advertising team to streamline the process and improve the delivery and quality of ads and improve profit margin.
