Spring Crochet Placemats Size 12 x 19 1/2 inches Materials: Of Sugar n Cream Yarn allow: Main Color: 5 balls Contrast Color: 2 balls American: One American Gauge Crochet Hook size H-8. Canadian: One Canadian Gauge Crochet Hook size 6. Metric: One Metric Gauge Crochet Hook size 5.00. TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE! Gauge or Tension: 14 stitches and 7 rows to 4 in. [10 cm] measured over dc using suggested hook or any size hook which will give the correct stitch gauge. Abbreviations: Ch, chain; sc, single crochet; dc, double crochet; rep, repeat; beg, begin or beginning; sts, stitches; sl st, slip stitch; MC, Main Color; CC, Contrast Color; in, inches; cm, centimeters.
