In Pockie ninja II Social, Ryo is very important, With Ryo you can buy item, ninja, build your village and ect. There are a few ways to get ryos quick. Like this one :

1. Get your village level up until you can build gem mines... put at least 8 of them in your village and upgrade them all to level 9 - get lots of ninja friends to help you harvest - ninjas tend to disappear and appears to help you quickly though 2. Do story mode with all the chakra you gained to get ryos and level up your village in the process. 3. Gift chakra to your friends and hope that they'll return the gift - more chakra = more fights = more ryo. In this game Ryo => force. 4. Invite 190 friends everyday to gain bonus ryos, enhancement, and chakra. Don't worry you can invite friends that already play this game. 5. Go to your friend village and do assist to gain ryos and chakra, don't bother with invasion / rescue, it's a waste of chakra, unless you know the player or they contact you via chat requesting rescue. 6. At lower level, there are many quests. Complete those quests for extra ryos and village xp. 7. Complete Hinata wishes to gain hearts and ryo and money and village xp. 8. Do trial, this is bread and butter everyday. 9. Collect your main village building everyday. 10. Legion - get this building to level 9 asap, and join your friends legions, this is good cash rewards. 11. Claim your active reward chests. 12. Pay attention to the NINJA MAIL BOX, claim all gifts and collect all news items for ryo.

To make things clear, every ninja has their own strengths and weaknesses, so you can't actually get an all around "Best" ninja. But, if you are looking for a Nuker, Debuffer, Tank or a Crowd Control ninja for your team, then it is possible to recruit and build one. Refer below to learn what ninjas is best for your ideal team and how to build them up.
Sample Team Building Scenario

2 players have 3 Guillotine Drop (150% damage + stuns enemy for 1 turn) skill books. Both decided to recruit 3 Taijutsu ninjas (placed at the front) mainly for stunning enemies! Player A: Recruited 3 Killer B ninjas and used the 3 Guillotine Drop skill books. Player B: Recruited 3 4th Hokage ninjas and used the 3 Guillotine Drop skill books. Note: At early levels, both players can stun their enemies 3 times per battle, but when all 6 Taijutsu ninjas leveled up to Lvl 20 with complete skill set, things will be different.
Player B will have the upper hand now (can stun enemies 9 times per battle!) because 4th Hokage ninjas can get the "Arhat Fist" (damage + stuns enemy for 1 turn) basic skill at Lvl 20 while Killer B ninjas will get the "Fortitude" (Max HP +276) skill! So in this scenario, Player B recruited the best ninjas for his/her build and available skills.

List Skill Pockie Ninja2 Social
The Pockie Ninja II Social skills can be divided into two categories: Basic and Unique Skills. Your Pockie Ninja II Social Ninja comes with one default basic skill slot, you can also unlock the second skill slot for 30k Ryo. You can also teach your ninja unique skills to deal more damage effectively in combat. The Pockie Ninja II Social basic skills are unlocked and levels up when your Pockie Ninja II Social levels up. The unique skills however have to be bought via Scroll shop or Storyline harvest collection. The active skills also have limit on how many uses that you can unleash during Pockie Ninja II Social battles.

Arena War(Beta) Pockie Ninja II Social
Do you want to let everybody know how powerful you are? Arena ranking will surely work for you! Extend your fame and grab some awesome prizes! Arena Division Match Rules: Players can enter Arena at level 20. The Arena has 40 divisions, each of which has a distinctive name. Every division will hold independent match. Players will be randomly divided into a division, which will not change when logging in next time.

Player will rank last when entering Arena for the first time.
Arena Elite Match Rules: Division's top 5 players will automatically enter elite match at 24:00 on Sunday Players can attend elite match and division match 10 times respectively. (VIP players can attend 2 more elite matches and division matches every day) Division Match Ranking: Division match refreshes at 24:00 everyday Rewards of the previous day will be sent during 0:00-23:59:59 everyday
About Elite Match: Every Monday during 0:00-2:00, arena challenge will be paused. Top 5 players of division match will get into the elite match. One round of elite match is a week-long. Participants of elite match can also attend division challenges. Players can attend elite match and division match 10 times respectively. VIP players can attend 2 more elite matches and division matches every day. Ranking rewards of the previous round will be sent every Monday at 2:00- Sunday at 23:59:59 Screening of Rivals: There are 10 daily challenges, which refresh at 24:00 everyday. (VIP players have 2 more chances daily) Every match has 5-minutes cooldown Rivals will be refreshed for free every 5 minutes. The cooldown button will turn gray. Refresh Battle Info Refresh will be done after challenging a player. For players who have no challenges, they can also refresh battle info manually every 5 minutes.
Credit: Players of each division match will gain 5 credit points if win and 1 point if lose. Players of each elite match will gain 10 credit points if win and 2 points if lose. Credit can be used to redeem items in Credit Shop
Battle Report: Only the most recent 5 report related to you will be displayed.
Ranking: Rank of player's division will be displayed as default. Only top 100 players of the division will be shown Ranking list updates once every hour
Credit Shop Players can use credit to redeem items Credit Shops of division match and elite match offer different items. Only players who have entered elite match can enter the elite shop. Credits can be used on both shops.

Ninja Revival Guide Pockie Ninja II Social
The Ninja Revival System is a new feature of Pockie Ninja II Social, that will allow players to reset their maxed ninjas back to level 1. After the revival, that ninja will gain 20% more Force from the original Force before the revival. This way, you can now continue leveling your favorite ninja with higher stats! Refer below to learn more about this Ninja Revival System and it's requirements and results.

The Requirements Ninja must be at least Level 30 to revive. Ryo and/or Ninja Revival Order item. Ninja Revival System Note that after revival, the only thing that will increase is the ninja's basic attributes together with his or her enhances. Force under Gears, Altar and Array Formations will not increase. The number of Enhancements will stay the same. Skills will stay the same.
