N/A FLSA: This is a non-exempt position Summary: Develop and support loan production team in relation to Financial Analysis. Additionally and equally support Credit Administration Team relating to all Construction Dept functions, Appraisals and other miscellaneous responsibilities required. Timberland Bank has been in business since 1915 and serves 6 Western Washington Counties. This job is an excellent opportunity to get your feet wet in the financial services industry! Job Requirements: 2-5 years lending experience. High school diploma or equivalent. College level accounting/ business curriculum preferred. 2-4 year degree preferred. Financial analysis skills. Proficient with Risk Analyst (by Moodys) input and analysis for Credit Writeup. Proficient with Tax Analysis input and understanding for Credit Writeup. Ability to prepare written review of monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements when requested by Lenders and/or senior management. Ability to compose preliminary financial reviews for Lenders as requested. Proficiency in such personal computer programs as Microsoft WORD and Excel along with loan production soft wares. Working knowledge of lending related state and federal regulations and laws. Attention to detail and completeness. Ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks. Extraordinary organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to promote teamwork. Proven commitment to EXTRAORDINARY Customer Service. Essential Job Functions: Assist Lenders in the analysis and interpretation of financial reports. Assists in preparing credit analysis, credit write-ups and proposals for approval. Maintain and reconcile monthly construction loan advances(including interest payments, datedowns, inspections, draws, quarterly Comml Interest Reporting, Holdback Account Monitoring)

Comml Appraisal/Inside Valuation/EDR (ordering, depositing, balancing GL. Prepare and update various departmental forms used by commercial lenders. Saving and storing hard copies of all approved CWUs. Active involvement in community activities. Other Qualifications: Ability to read, speak, and hear. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
