HeadStart combines the best of functional & people capability knowledge (through domain experts) and learning solutions build (instructional design, technology solutions) and currently brings over 100 years of training experience across our team to our clients. In a first of its kind engagement in the training space, HeadStart has partnered with Lemon Tree & Red Fox Hotels, Indias third largest and fastest growing hotel chain in a multi-year strategic training capability build and outsourcing assignment. HeadStart is responsible for leading the transformation of the training capability and its expansion pan India i.e. designing and delivery of Functional Skills, Sales, Soft-Skills and Leadership Development training, all of which is being done in close partnership with Lemon Tree Hotels.
