TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT

P&WC Technical Publications contain information that is proprietary to P&WC. P&WC now requires that all
customers sign and return the attached P&WC Technical Data Agreement to be eligible to receive Technical
Publications and all other technical information from P&WC.
A copy of the P&WC Technical Data Agreement is located at the end of this Price List. When ordering, please
complete, sign and fax it to (450) 468-7688 along with your order and payment.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Canadian customers may pay in Canadian funds + applicable taxes.
A two (2)-year revision service is included with the purchase of most listed publications.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Prices include all normal prepaid transportation costs if shipped as determined by P&WC.
If special shipping instructions are stipulated, customers must assume the cost and supply their forwarder's
(shipping company) account number. U.S. customers must provide their Federal ID or E.I.N. numbers to
avoid potential delays at U.S. Customs Services.
Publications are produced on demand. Delivery will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks in Canada and U.S. and
International shipments could take from 3 to 6 weeks.

MEDIA OPTIONS
Along with Printed manuals, P&WC provides two CD-ROM solutions (depending on the engine model): Interactive
Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and Adobe Acrobat.
Note:

It is P&WCs intent to develop IETM publications for all engine models and gradually eliminate the
Adobe Acrobat version.

INTERACTIVE ELECTRONIC TECHNICAL MANUAL CD-ROM (IETM)

The IETM is content-oriented and does not resemble the printed pages. Navigation is via an interactive Table of
Contents based on the hierarchical structure of each document. Additional features include hyperlinks to
referenced material (both within and outside the document), annotations, bookmarks, extensive search and
navigation capabilities, integration with P&WCs Engine Health Management applications (where applicable) and
links to our online feedback system.
An IETM includes:

Maintenance Manual
Illustrated Parts Catalog
Workscope Planning Guide (if applicable)
Service Bulletins
Spare Parts Bulletins

The IETM is supplemented with Internet (Customer Portal) access to P&WC Service Bulletins, Spare Parts
Bulletins, Service Information Letters, Temporary Revisions, Commercial Support Program Notifications, and Tool
Service Bulletins.
If you need to place the data on more than one network server, then you must purchase the applicable number of
CD-ROM copies.

ADOBE ACROBAT PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT CD-ROM (PDF)

P&WC currently offers CD-ROM in Portable Document Format (PDF) for selected engine models. It is an
electronic representation of the printed page created with the use of Adobe Acrobat. Functionality is limited to
standard Acrobat features. To facilitate information retrieval, the user can conduct word searches within each
Chapter-Section of a particular manual and navigate through a hierarchical Table of Contents.
Each Adobe Acrobat CD-ROM subscription includes: One engine Maintenance Manual, Parts Catalog and
applicable Service Bulletins via the P&WC Customer Portal or in print. The Service Bulletins are not on the
CD-ROM. One copy of each CD-ROM can be placed on your Local Area Network to support multiple users. If
you need to place the data on more than one network server, then you must purchase the applicable number of
CD-ROM copies.
Note:

It is P&WCs intent to develop IETM publications for all engine models and gradually eliminate the
Adobe Acrobat version.

PRINT
All Publications Collections are available in print, but are priced significantly higher than our electronic media to
cover higher production and mailing costs. Please consider our electronic media options when ordering your
publications.

P&WC CUSTOMER PORTAL

Service Bulletins, Spare Parts Bulletins, Service Information Letters, Tool Service Bulletins, Commercial Support
Program Notifications and Temporary Revisions are available for all engine models via the P&WC Customer
Portal (Internet). Access to our Customer Portal allows you to view new and revised documents the moment they
are published, rather than having to wait for your copies in the mail. The latest information is always a few mouseclicks away!
We have included numerous search parameters to facilitate information retrieval and have also incorporated a
Last 30-days feature that identifies all documents posted to the Internet site within the last 30 days. This should
help you to distinguish newly published documents without having to review an entire index. You can search our
files based on title, date, compliance codes, engine model, etc. or any combination thereof. Bulletins are
presented in Adobe Reader format (.pdf) and are a direct representation of the printed page. If you need a
hardcopy of any of our bulletins, simply print it on your local printer.
PORTAL REGISTRATION
P&WC requires that each individual user of our Technical Publications Internet application be assigned a User
Identification Number (User ID) and password. It is the individual's responsibility to keep this information
confidential at all times. To register, please follow the steps below:

With your mouse, select click here for Registration
Read and accept the P&WC Website Agreement.
Complete the "Customer Application" form.
In the "P&WC Customer Application List", select Technical Publications by clicking in the checkbox.
If you wish to access other P&WC applications, click in the other applicable checkboxes.
Select Submit Request.

Once the request is validated and approved, you will receive two separate emails. The first email will contain your
User ID, the Web address (URL), and the phone number of our Information Systems Help Desk. The second
email will contain your password. Once you are in possession of your password, you can connect to our Web site
where you will enter your User ID and password. The system will automatically assess which applications are
registered against your profile, and will take you to the appropriate site or provide you with a selection of
applications to choose from, should you have access to more than one P&WC application.

various search criteria. You can narrow or widen the search results based on your organizational needs.

The Status Report and SIL Index require the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.

EMAIL SERVICE
For an additional fee, customers can supplement their Publications Collection and receive engine Service
Bulletins via email overnight! Email provides a more efficient delivery method ensuring that our customers receive
the latest information within hours of being published. The bulletins are emailed based on engine family. To
quickly determine if the bulletin is applicable to your engine model(s), the email identifies the following
information: Bulletin number, title, engine effectivity and compliance. If the bulletin is not applicable to your
engines, simply delete the message.
Note:

Email services such as Hotmail and Yahoo may have attachment size limitations. Please be sure to
check with your service provider before ordering.
