TherearetwotypesoflinersofferedstandardandtheEASYfrontloadinglinersystem.Thestandardlinerrequiresthetorchbe
removedfromthefeederinordertobechanged.TheEASYfrontloadsystemonlyrequirestheremovalofthefrontend
consumables.

StandardLinerMaintenance
WarningsToavoidaccidentalinjuryensurepowersupplyandwirefeedunitisturnedoff.

1) Trimtheendoftheweldwireatcontacttip.
2) Retractorcompletelyremoveweldwiresotorchcanberemovedfromthewirefeeder.
3) Removethenozzle,contacttipanddiffuser.
4) Loosenthesetscrewatthetorchfeederconnectionusinga5/64Allenwrench.
5) Makingsurethetorchcableisstraight,graspthelinerattherearofthetorchwithapairofpliersandremove.
6) Carefullyfeedthenewlinerintothetorchusingshortstrokestoavoidkinking.Youmayneedtotwistthelinerfor
easierinsertion.
7) Tightenthesetscrewtosecurethelinerinthetorch.
8) Reinstallthetorchtothewirefeedunit.
9) IMPORTANT:atthefrontendofthetorchpushthelinerbackintothegunandholdinplace.
10) Trimthelinertostickoutfromtheendofthegooseneck.
11) ReplacetheDiffuser,contacttipandnozzle.
12) Feedweldingwireintothetorchandtightendriverolls.

4) Inserttheweldwirefromthefrontofthetorchintothelinerandcarefullyfeedthenewlinerintothetorchusingshort
strokestoavoidkinking.Makesurelinerisfullyseatedattherearofthetorch.Youwillfeelaslightclickwheninserted
intothelinerretainer.Youmayneedtotwistthelinerforeasierinsertion.
5) IMPORTANT:atthefrontendofthetorchpushthelinerbackintothegunandholdinplace.
6) Trimthelinertostickoutfromtheendofthegooseneck.

removethetriggerpaddleandreturnspring.
6) Insertthereturnspring(thesmallerdiameterspring)intotheseatonthebottomhandleassembly.
7) Carefullyinsertthenewtriggerpaddleintothehandleassemblyandtapthepaddleinonthepivotpointinthehandle.
TheTriggershouldsnapinplace.
8) Placethecoppercrosscontactontheshoulderscrew,theninstalltheremainingspringoverthescrew,andthreadinto
thetriggerpaddleuntiltight.DONOTOVERTIGHTEN.
9) Usingthe(4)fourscrewprovidedattachthe(2)twooutercontactplatesandinstallthe(2)twotriggerleadsunderthe
frontcontactplatescrews.
10) Installthebottomhandleassembly(triggerside)ontothegooseneck/cableassembly.Thetriggerwireswillfitinthe
groovesonthesidesofthebodyinsulator.Makesurethetriggerwiresstayseatinginthebodyinsulatorandthe
