Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms : - 50% advance with order 40% at the time of pre-dispatch inspection, balance
after completion of work. Necessary Form is required for dispatch of cabin.

Delivery Period : - within 4 to 6 weeks after technically and commercially clear work order along with
advance advice. Standard Forced Majure Clause applicable.

Validity of offer : - 30 Days.

SPECIAL NOTE : - 1. Any electrical connection from your present source to Portacabin is out of Scope. If
any Govt. Levies are introduced by the Govt. after we receive purchase order the same shall be paid extra on actual
basis.

2. Portacabins have their own building systems and should not be compared with your existing pucca/ RCC
Structures. 3. Though utmost care will be taken for installing the cabin at your site but during installation if any part
of the existing building is damaged we should not be held responsible for the same.

4. Leveled/solid surface is a prerequisite for placing Portacabin. 5. Electricity, water, & shelter - to be provided by
you at site.

6. Transits insurance will be borne by you 7. Civil & electrical work is out of scope.

8. Any wastage on account of cutting of doors & windows panels shall be borne by the buyer.

9. All the payments should be made on the name of Portacabin Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
