All classes begin the week of January 13th and end April 3rd. No classes February 17th-20th. If you miss a class you may make it up before the end of the term, but we kindly ask that you please SMS/email about your absence in advance to allow others to make-up classes. The make-ups policy does not apply to Saturday classes. Thank you for your understanding that missed classes cannot be carried over to the next term. Please arrive a few minutes before class start time, and remove your shoes at the door. If you are late please take your space as quickly and quietly as possible. Mobiles should be turned off or put on silent. All classes are taught in English. Yoga mats are provided but if interested we can order reasonably priced high quality eco yoga mats. Mats in sports stores are typically shorter, too thin or too thick, made with harsh chemicals and more expensive. Space is limited, to ensure your registration please send your inscription form via email ASAP and pay with cash or by bank transfer to: ING LU69 0141 9422 8720 0000 by December 18th. For Saturdays OPEN Gentle Flow classes, please make a virement or cash payment one week in advance to reserve your space. Payments are nonrefundable except with a 24hr notice. Drop-ins 25! will be based on availability. Senningerberg: 11, Breedewues (Zone Industrielle) - Vitalvie Fitness - When coming from the freeway, take Airport/Senningerberg exit, direction Senningerberg, make LEFT on Rue de Golf/CR126 go for 1.4km, turn LEFT onto BREEDEWUES Industrial Zone directly before exiting Senningerberg. Vitalvie is the 3rd bldg. on left. Free parking in the front/side of the building. Because of lack of space, please use the shelves for your belongings to keep the floor space tidy. I am delighted to have you as a yoga student. The following information will help you get the most out of your yoga classes and clarify my role as a yoga teacher. Please read and sign below: 1. I am a certified yoga teacher and have completed a thorough professional training in yoga instruction. Yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a transformative practice that integrates the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is a way of encountering and releasing physical, mental and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. 2. All exercise programs involve a risk of injury. The following guidelines will help you reduce the risk of injury: Listen to and follow my directions carefully. Breathe smoothly and continuously as you move and stretch. Do not hold your breath or strain to attain any position. Work gently, respecting your bodys abilities and limits. Dont perform movements or postures that are painful. Ask me if you are unsure how to perform a certain movement.

3. It is always advisable to consult with your physician before embarking on any exercise program. Please inform me on your inscription form of any health conditions that could be affected by your practice of yoga. If in doubt, please ask me about your condition. 4. Awareness is fundamental to the practice of yoga. As a student, it is your responsibility to monitor each activity and determine whether it is appropriate to participate and at what level. 5. As a professional, I am responsible to provide competent yoga instruction. By signing this form; you hereby release YogaBalance from any and all liability. The undersigned releases and discharges YogaBalance from any and all claims, demands, and causes of any nature, whether present or future, anticipated or unanticipated, known or unknown that results from the undersigneds participation in yoga classes and practice of yoga outside of class.
