PRAISE & PRAYER POINTS MARCH 2013 Praise Points February 4th -6th Retired Missionaries Retreat at ODC

C under the coordination of Mrs. Juno Sudhakar was a great blessing to retired missionaries to renew and refresh in the presence of God. It was a time of fellowship. (50 participants and 10 resource persons / invitees)

18th-23rd Life Revision Seminar (Tamil)- Dr. K.O. John (25 participants from 10 organizations CGMM,CFH, BYM, FMPB,FOM,MUT vellore, IMS, Mullai Outreach center)

26th to 28th, 12 leaders from eight different organizations ((IEM,

FMPB, ICGM, IMA, NLCI, Mahanaim, NSM, MUT) attended a

short LRS by Dr. K.O. John. On 28th there was a consultation with senior leaders of organizations and resource persons of MUT training programs to discuss about the spiritual well being of missionaries and what MUT and Missions can do. The discussion was fruitful.

We praise God for the service of Mrs. Gnanamani, IEM deputed missionary to MUT Medical Dept for the past 6 years. She has rejoined IEM from 1st March 2013 onwards. She was given a farewell on 22nd Feb.

14th-16th Inner Healing Seminar Dr. Latha Paul (23 participants from 8 organizations FMPB, Chennai Life Challenge, CFH, Mullai Outreach center, Chennai, Neyveli, IEM) ALT meeting held on 22nd at Vellore. Improvement of Mr. JJ. Ratnakumars health. Thank you for your prayers.

Prayer points: (Rest House Vellore) Mr. Paul Jeysingh - Independent missionary - Gujarat - Has come for kidney transplant. His wife will be donating one of her kidneys. He has gone through angioplasty for 2 blocks. Now he has also finished all the legal paper works for the transplant. He is awaiting the date of surgery. Expenses are increasing.

Mr. Duke Joel Ragland, (Cancer in leg bone). Surgery over, radiation over & 6 chemotherapy over. Doctors advised to take one more chemo on 27th March. He is studying Engineering 2nd year in Chennai. His father Rev. Raja Edwin Moses, FMPB, Haryana had a heart related issue. Cardiologist has ruled out that his cardiac parameters are normal.

Jonathan S J, S/o Mr. Dambarudhan Sethi, EFICOR, Bihar developmental problem and going through occupational therapy.

Stephen, S/o Rev. Damodas Das, OFU, Hemophilia - His condition is stable, no improvement. Since he is taking costly medicine (lifelong), they are taking huge amount of loan and continuing the drug.

Jenissa Arul, D/o Mrs. Jebita Arul, Greater Grace Fellowship. HYD (Developmental problem). Taking occupational therapy since 3 months.

Mr. Satya Ranjan Soren IEM, Jharkhand Pulmonary checkups. His wife Mrs. Shino Soren has come for her general check up, his son Augustine Soren has liver related check up. Left after treatment Mr. Vathselvam, GMS, Krishnagiri Taking treatment for sever back pain & his wife Mrs. Lakshmi Malliga is on family way. Had Antenatal check up. Mr. Kshetrimayum Suresh Singh, Independent, Manipur (blood related problem), His son Master Gasper Kshetri has a problem of recurring fever. Doctors have investigated and said that no immediate emergency and has asked them to come when he has fever again. Mr. Sunil Marandi, OM, Andhra met with a 2 wheeler accident, had severe head & eye injuries. Head injury has been rectified. As of now his left eyes vision cannot be recovered. Doctors are still investigating if any possibility. Apphia George (5 yrs), D/o Mrs. Vasanthi George, FMPB, Chennai was going through speech therapy.

Missionaries who stayed in Vellore Rest House and coming back for follow up:

Mrs. Snehalatha Philip, W/o Bro. Philip Bisoyi, BYM missionary, Jeypore (Odisha) fallen down at Vishakapatnam Railway Station (on the way to Vellore for her kidney treatment), admitted in Vishakapatnam Hospital for fracture in her left wrist & Hip. Surgery done on 4th Feb. Will be coming to CMC this month.

Mrs. Helena Ramesh Naikwadi, IET, Assam (Breast cancer) completed all initial treatment, regularly coming for checkups every 3 months.

Ms. Saroja Babu Singh, GEMS, Bihar (Breast Cancer) completed all initial treatment, regularly coming for checkups every 3 months.

Pinky, D/o Mr. Aktar Hossain Molla Simon, NF, West Bengal. (Taking Physiotherapy for leg deformity) improving well

Preparations are on. Vision casting at Palayamkottai on 9th & 10th March. General Prayer Request Mrs. Grace, W/o Christudoss, MUT Care giver, Chennai is on family way. For all the people involved (Both givers and receivers of Care) in the programs and projects of MUT will understand the spiritual values behind these God given opportunities to bless and be a channel of blessing to one another. For all the programs will be continued to exhibit the biblical values with which they were started - Love and Compassion of Jesus Christ - Sacrificial giving - Absolute faith in God - Holiness & integrity in all the dealings - Extra mile service - Prayerful ministry Care & Serve to be published in this month. Home Call: Pr. Jaiprakash Kumar of HBI, aged 27, died in a road accident on 22-02-2013. He leaves behind his parents and dependent brother.

Rev. Lalit Dev Barma of IEHC - HBI aged 62, died on 13-02-2013 due to kidney problem. He leaves behind his wife and 2 children.

Rev. Kaji Sunuwar, F/o Pastor Anand Sunuwar, AG Church, Nepal (hip bone cancer) passed away on 15th Feb, leaving behind his wife & 3 children.

Mr. Venkatesan P @ Daniel (32 yrs), FMPB, Chittoor region (A.P) passed away on 2nd March 2013. Met in a road accident on 26th February, while returning from ministry and was admitted in Kuppam Hospital for internal bleeding and later shifted to CMC Vellore on 27th evening. His condition was unstable and turned critical as all his vital organs were damaged due to the impact of the accident. He has left behind his sorrowful wife Mrs. Aniya Josephine (25years) and daughter Crossby Ebinisha (3years).
